We love the open floorplan and the windows give you unobstructed views and make you feel like you are outside. We recently decided to take our unit to the factory for a recall. As it turned out our unit did not need the recall. The team at Alliance took it upon themselves, to use that time, to go through our unit. They found things that were on my honey do list like fixing trim that came loose. They found some things we didn't know about, probably would have never found and fixed it. When I thanked the team and mentioned they didn't have to to do that, the lead said " we just try to do the right thing. " Doing the right thing is exactly why I will never own another brand. I have been so impressed with the Customer service and now the service team including Alliance members from Service, parts, warranty work, scheduling the appointment to bring in our unit to ordering replacement parts for things I needed. We have had our Avenue since February of 2022 have traveled close to 10,000 miles in it and have loved every minute of it. On the rare occasion when something has gone wrong with the rig Alliance service has been just a phone call away to help solve our issue. Show less

We've owned our 340 for 3 years and are completely satisfied with our unit. We especially love the bathroom and large shower. Secondly I love the stairs up to the bedroom being on the off door side. The stove and oven are awesome, we've even cooked a small turkey in it. Show less

Overall we like this RV. The only downside is construction quality is no better or worse than the average RV manufacturer which means it is not great. Although we have not had any major issues, we have had to deal with too many smaller ones. I do not think that any product costing over $100k should have this much corner cutting. Fortunately Alliance customer support has been very good. Show less

This RV is fantastic for full-time traveling. There's tons of storage - including an awesome basement. Although a fairly new company Alliance has become one of the best in the business known for it's quality and after the sale customer service. Show less

Great RV for the money .Lots of room and storage .Luxury style .The only problem we had was the Coleman heat pump did not cool the best so we added a second unit. Pulls like it isn't even there .I don't even use sway bars . Love the 12volt option on the 10 cu.ft. refridgerater .no longer have to pack coolers. love the king size bed and large bathroom and shower. Show less

For the time we have had this Rv we have enjoyed it. Due to my husband’s health we need to sell it A great Rv for a couple. Has comfortable theater seats that you could actually sleep in if you wanted to. There is a queen size bed in the back. Full side slide behind driver’s seat Easy to drive, no need to tow a vehicle. Great Rv to go cross country with. Has full paint & a fiberglass roof. Just had it detailed - washed & ceramic waxed. Show less

I really think getting a portable ac and tent would have been easier. Firstly, not sure if it was them or dealer but we took it in to have things repaired on warranty, dealer told us they were all declined by manufacturer. Luckily, at the time Nexus was the same distance from me, went there and they fixed mostly everything. Now current day if we sit in the cab while it’s raining we get to shower for free. The dash lights up like a Christmas tree while we drive. Took that to Ford and they said it’s not covered by vehicle warranty due to the issue being cause by the rv side being improperly built on a wiring harness. I really wanted to love this RV, but man if it wasn’t ever a big mistake. Now we’re stuck here trying to fix all of the issues in Texas since we’ve had a permanent change of station down here. Overall great floor plan, comforts, and tow ability. Vanleigh is well known for quality, same family as TIFFEN. Plenty is basement storage space with a large back slide out for storage, 3 ac units for comfort and the front is a heat pump, tvs in living room, bed room and outside, all connected to vangauard receiver, surround sound, Bluetooth and Bluetooth stereo receiver. Since I purchased my Sonic I’m very impressed with the layout, craftsmanship , lots of standard equipment that other pull trailers do not have. Tows great behind my 2022 Toyota 4Runner.
