We love the open floorplan and the windows give you unobstructed views and make you feel like you are outside. We recently decided to take our unit to the factory for a recall. As it turned out our unit did not need the recall. The team at Alliance took it upon themselves, to use that time, to go through our unit. They found things that were on my honey do list like fixing trim that came loose. They found some things we didn't know about, probably would have never found and fixed it. When I thanked the team and mentioned they didn't have to to do that, the lead said " we just try to do the right thing. " Doing the right thing is exactly why I will never own another brand. I have been so impressed with the Customer service and now the service team including Alliance members from Service, parts, warranty work, scheduling the appointment to bring in our unit to ordering replacement parts for things I needed.

Although we have not had any major issues, we have had to deal with too many smaller ones. I do not think that any product costing over $100k should have this much corner cutting. Fortunately Alliance customer support has been very good.

We purchased our 2022 from camping world in Ashland Virginia . It was a tuff decision because we were not sure of the quality of the craftsmanship being they are a new company. Read lots of reviews and watched multiple videos. I can say that the quality of I craftsmanship way below industry standards. I don’t think there is anything I haven’t fixed. Plumbing leaks. Furnace duct work. Multiple wood products coming apart. Jacks and awnings failing..electrical issues ..slide issues bathroom sink vanity top pealing up.. kitchen cabinets peeling up.black tank connections into tank loose. Gas leaks the list goes on and on.. we all know these things take a beating on the road and they go through the shakes etc… but as a contractor with 30 years experience in plumbing electrical HVAC and general construction 90 percent of this stuff is just poor poor installation. Rushing to get them out the door.!!If they have a quality control guy who’s looking these over and checking everything.. they should be fired.!I started making videos of everything that I’m repairing and upgrading. Its a shame that customers spend north of $50K on these RVs and there are ridiculous amounts of problems. If this were auto dealers and restaurants and contracting business they would be out of business by now. Not sure who’s getting paid but it’s a shame.!

We love the floor plan and space in this RV, but the quality is terrible. One of the lights over the kitchen sink fell off as we were pulling out of the dealer. Then the refrigerator broke on our first trip and it took months to get it repaired. We had to use coolers the season with this RV. When I took it in to be winterized this year, I was given work order estimate over 5K. One of the items that needs to be replaced is the shower pan. We have only used it twice and it is cracked. I would not recommend buying an Alliance.

We bought an Alliance Paradigm 310RL in April of 2023. It was a new 2022 model still on the dealership lot. Love the floorplan, the appliances, features, and the size. That sums up the good experience concerning my review of the fifth wheel. This is the 4th fifth wheel I've owned and by far the worst in quality and manufacture warranty. At the time of this review I've had the following issues in which Alliance has denied coverage: *USB port not operational. The port was replaced once and it worked when we picked up but stopped within a few days. Took it back to have problem diagnosed and invoice stated no issue found. As a result, Alliance didn't pay for the work. Got the RV back and the USB port still dead. When I get an opportunity, I will find the loose connection myself which should have been the first thing thought of when a USB port intermittently operates. *Bedroom slide out jumped track after 3 months of owning (on its 6th cycle). Alliance denied paying because the dealership selling the unit to us didn't put down specific details during the repair which could not be determined after completion of repair. I don't care about the details, a slide out on a new RV should never jump track unless the manufacturer installing it screwed up or a defective unit was installed. Since the repair, the slideout has worked flawlessly so that tells me it was an issue as I mentioned above and should have covered. That repair alone cost me over $800.00. *AC breaker was periodically tripping. The system was tested simply by operating the AC unit for 3 hours which performed without incident and was documented as no issue found. Again, Alliance refused to pay as a result. Got the RV home and 4 days later it tripped again. If a proper testing had been performed a breaker load test would have taken place. I took the breaker to have it tested by an electrical service and the breaker was determined to be faulty, tripping below the 15 amp spec. I purchased and installed a new breaker and problem has not repeated itself. *Next unresolved issue concerns the sewage piping. I would dump the black and grey tanks system before traveling to our next destination. EVERY time when preparing to hook up sewer hose at next hookup when I would remove the sewage pipe cap nearly 1/2 gallon of sewage fluid would pour onto the ground. When diagnosed the technician reported he experienced this also when the cap was removed. However, with the tanks full no leakage was observed and therefore documented on the invoice "no issue found" and that I wasn't allowing enough time for residual sewage to drain. And as before Alliance used this assessment to refuse payment. Took the unit home and open the cap and here comes the 1/2 gallon of sewage out on the ground. Apparently, somewhere Alliance installed the pipe leaving a low spot trapping this excessive amount of residual sewage until the unit shifting during travel causes the fluid to move on down to the outlet. It's ridiculous that I have to place a bucket to catch the 1/2 gallon of spill each time we hook up. * Trim work is horrible. I've currently have reattached 2 pieces of floor trim that just fell off wall. Now I have a corner trim piece backing out and inspection shows the installer felled to hit solid backing with his staples. During cleaning the top trim facia of the kitchen slide out my wife spotted where the trim was busted. It is clearly split with the print of a forklift prong. Alliance went ahead and used it I guess thinking no one would look on top of the slide out. I have talked previously with Alliance about the claims they refused to pay with no success as their records should reflect. Their response was that I could use another dealer in my area that doesn't sell Alliance for any future repairs rather than the dealer selling their product. That's just wrong. If you can't rely on the dealership selling a manufacturers brand, then I don't want the brand. I'll guarantee that Chevrolet would not direct me to take my truck to a Ford dealership if the dealer representing their brand couldn't properly diagnose issues. In addition, my RV would not get the priority that on brands they sell would get meaning I would probably be waiting longer for repairs. I never had unresolved service and warranty issues with my 3 previous different fifth wheels brands. They were not flawless, but all were significantly superior to the Alliance RV experience. To sum up my review, we have decided to trade this Alliance fifth, which we've owned for less than 9 months, because of poor quality workmanship/build, service, and poor warranty response. Alliance, get your act together.

Love the floor plan, light interior color scheme, no carpet ease of cleaning. Have had 2 huge issues with unit since purchase. When we picked up from dealership we’re told runner slides had just been replaced on the bedroom slide out because it wouldn’t retract . In a month -6 weeks time had to have repairs on both kitchen and dining/recliner sofa slide outs due to gouging into the underside of slide outs causing damage to waterproofing. This work required OK by Alliance before work could be done. Work required RV to be brought to dealership and took 2 days to complete. During that time we (2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 people) had to stay in a motel! Got it back to the campground and set up only to find that somehow the shower base had 3 cracks in it that absolutely did not happen just towing 15 miles. Alliance would not replace the shower base, so we had to pay over $800 for new shower base, shipping, and labor. Did not use the shower for 3 days after work done, but in less than a week, there were 3 cracks around the shower drain!! Alliance and shower base manufacturer finally agreed to pay for the new shower. After a month, the new shower base has arrived at dealership and will be replaced at no cost to us. Poor quality shower! Avenue has plastic shower. Paradigm (upgraded model Alliance) has fiberglass shower, but measurements are not interchangeable. Today we discovered cracks in the linoleum where the slide floor and interior floor over lap.
