I have had issues with frame failures, fiberglass cracking and many other problems that the company will not address. No support from their team. I cannot recommend this product. After our travels and speaking with numerous owners of tiffin they have had no assistance from the company with their homes. It seems to be a consistency within the organization. No transparency whatsoever.

Purchased new in 2023. The Bunk fell down while driving, the window shades above couch fell down , bathroom door including frame fell off, passenger seat broke, docking light do not properly work, molding above the bed fell off, refrigerator had a leak, back slide opened by itself, storage compartment doors hit slide out, water coming into the motorhome from slides when show melts, windows leak, key pad was never wired and after wired at factory now stopped working, instrument panel quit working, front roof a/c does not put out air in vents. lift tv holding bracket fell off with all screws coming out, find screws and washers on floor after almost every trip, a glob of glue fell down in front of passenger seat, there were over 40 items to be repaired at Red Bay some were not after telling us they were. There is no quality in this coach and there is no pride or ownership of work.

We bought this brand new last year..it’s a 2022. Now we have had issues to get things fixed because Tiffin and Freightliner pass the buck to each other to fix it. This motorhome is built on a freighliner chassis. The real problem is for 450,000 dollars we didn’t get quality for sure. Tiffin manufacture forgot to put the braces on the washer and dryer and unfortunately it only became noticeable one month after our warranty was done and they refused to cover the cost of getting it put right with braces. Cost us 1300 dollars to get it done. Then we are one week into our trip to the US and we had a power problem and we ended up getting that changed because it was defective. Cost us 2500 (US so it’s was about 3500 Canadian). Then on the same trip we made it to Odessa Texas and the air system was giving us grief. The motorhome wouldn’t air up so we couldn’t travel. Found a mobile mechanic cost us 300(US so at least 400 canadian ). It needed a dump valve but unfortunately none to be found close to us but he did show us a way to force it to air up. This entailed for my husband who is 70 years old to go under the motorhome amd press the reset button underneath the motorhome. We get to Tuscon and got the runaround from the dealership(La Mesa) and the freightliner truck service (Velocity Truck Center) about who could figure this out. The dealership told us they had a meeting with Tiffin and freightliner and it was decided it was a freightliner issue. They charged us for 2 hours of diagnostic 530 again that’s close to 800 Canadian and told us not their problem. La mesa then charged us 1 hour for diagnostic and three hours to install the dump valve. That cost is 2100 that’s about 3000 Canadian. So this Brand New Motorhome has cost us at least 10,000. Tiffin quality is not there for sure neither is their warranty. I advise anyone STAY AWAY FROM TIFFIN. As soon as we can get rid of it we will.

We traded in our 2010 Newmar that we were constantly having to work on every time we returned from a trip for a Tiffin Phaeton 40AH which we're having to constantly work on every time we return from a trip. Our RV is not quite 9 months old and it's been to the dealership once and to Red Bay twice for repairs where it's spent more time than we have had with it camping. It has around 4,200 miles over half of which are for taking it in for repairs. I have a list of over 30 issues that have either been repaired, re-repaired, re-re-repaired, re-re-re-repaired, and let me throw in one more.....re-re-re-re-repaired which is the bathroom swing door. I fixed it myself when I got home (8 hour drive) yesterday...it was still not working properly. You will not talk to nicer people in your life than Mr. Tiffin and his workers. They'll nice you to death...I'm being serious, but the love affair we have for the floor plan and the people at Tiffin stops there. It's a piece of junk......the receptacles and cabinet doors are crooked, there's gaps in the panels and molding everywhere, and the switches for the front slides work intermittently. When I brought in to the dealership for this switch problem, I was told to reposition my body if it stops while traversing.....seriously!! I recently had a serious brake issue that caused me to smash the back end of my RV, and all I was doing was using it as it was designed. I'd spoken with multiple people at Tiffin, Mr. Tiffin included, for them to replicate what had happened before sending it on to the chassis shop, but that never happened, so it all got swept under the rug at my expense. Ignorance in this case is seemingly convenient. But what I do now have is about 11,000 reasons to do what I'm doing here, and that is let you know the Tiffin RV is a piece of junk, at least the one we have. It has not left us on the side of the road, yet, but we have gotten to the campground and had the A/C's and hydraulics not work. Tiffin did reimburse us for the repairs.... they're good about that as long as it's not a bunch of money. We've already had an A/C replaced, the dash A/C was not working because the slide for the generator cut the evaporator coil fan wire because it was just flopping around, the bathroom door was warped, and I could go on and on. Let me leave you with one more thing, and that is, you cannot make an appointment for repairs in Red Bay. When you arrive, you're put on a list and you need to wait your turn, so you're basically camping out (free if within your warranty period and if there's space available) until repairs are completed.

The RV is great! Love the floor plan, love the response from Tiffin whenever I call with an issue (they are Great people) the problem is the Ford it was built on ( still works fine ) . trying to find people to work on it is a disaster to be kind. was just told the nearest Ford dealership that can look at my check engine light is 10, (yes Ten hrs drive away) and it will take 3 days to diagnose and who knows how long to repair. I'm told that Ford is the only manufacturer of gas engine motorhome chassis. That said, why Tiffin purchases these to build motorhomes on Baffles me. This has been going on for a while now and knowing this issue exists is a big shame on you Ford and Tiffin! not to mention Paulsbo RV who sold it and many others like it! Had I known this i never would have purchased this RV. The warranty is absolutely useless. Another thing to consider would be the fuel costs to take it 10 hrs away and hotel stay, meals. Don't buy ANY motorhome with a Ford chassis/Gas engine.

We were additionally sold the coach with water spots under the Diamond Kote and this has not been corrected to date.

Currently owning a 2022 Open Road 32 SA, I can say that this coach has the best floor plan, for a unit this size. When the slides are retracted, for driving, one can still, easily walk down the aisle to the restroom, or bedroom.
A window over the length of the kitchen-counter, makes fixing meals or snacks a delight, because of the bright and cheerful kitchen., with a outside view!
And who doesn't love a seat in the shower? For the senior-campers, it's a god-send!
The holding tanks are superior, in this size RV - Gray - 66 gal; Black - 50 gal., allowing for extended dry-camping (boon-docking). We've done 2 weeks straight, dry-camping in this unit.
The new Ford V-8 gas engine gets alot better gas-mileage than the old V-10s! From Red Bay, AL, to Grand Rapids, MI, to Las Vegas, we got 9.4 mpg! In our prior RV, a 32 ft. Class A, gas, we got 6.25 mpg.
The multi-color fireplace and bedroom ceiling fan will keep you comfortable on cool, or hot days!
We really love the automatic front windshield shades! One shade is a see-thru-sun-shade, to be used while driving, plus there is a black-out privacy shade. All windows have sun-shades and black-out shades.
And who has left a coach, with the awning out, only to have a strong wind come up? No worries - this coach has a wind-sensitive, automatic awning retracting sensor. To protect the awning from the elements, while traveling, it is completely enclosed by an awning-housing.
Our fox-terrier loves the doggie window, lying in his bed, by it, and looking out at the scenery!
You can't go wrong with this model!

I owned a 2021 Winnebago Revel Van, a 2020 Grand Design 28 G Momentum Toy Hauler, both those units blew my new 2022 Tiffin out of the water both with quality and performance !
What a huge waste of money and time buying this Super C Tiffin Allegro. Our first ten days owning this has been a nightmare stressful experience . First night, no heat, we drove back to dealership with a list of 10 things wrong , no heat, leak under shower pan, 1.5 hr drive back to them, they had it all day and only fixed the heating, said they couldn’t recreate shower leak, which is even worst. Door to access door hook up is held by very weak cheap screws, busted, couldn’t close it… list of major/ minor issues are close to 20 now. We don’t dare travel far from dealership we bought it from. The body shop manager found close to over 60 paint defects. Poor craftsmanship on so many levels. I’m stranded I work and this was suppose to be my full time home. I drive for a living and planned to come home to this RV every 2 weeks, I don’t dare leave it due to heat not working , etc etc… I miss my Grand Design Toy Hauler, rock steady, dependable . Tiffin is junk , don’t believe the hype it’s quality . A ugly pig with lipstick !
Pro:
We bought a 2018 Jeep to tow behind it, doubt we’ll be doing that. The Jeep is amazing , used, dependable , our Tiffin seems used? But not dependable .
Cons? Cheap craftsmanship
