I've owned this unit 2 years to the date . Brought New. The super slide sticks in the middle when retracting.. Dealer couldn't find anything wrong. Rockwood said it's out of warranty. Possible seal is sticking at the top. Can anyone help already put a 1000.00 into...read more

Just bought this unit and is what we were looking for in floor plan and price but quality seems to be less than stellar. Trim had to be ordered that was missing, propane tank straps won’t buckle. Just bought this unit and is what we were looking for in floor plan and price but quality seems to be less than stellar. Trim had to be ordered that was missing, propane tank straps won’t buckle. Electric wiring to the tow vehicle had a broken connection a list of 15 items that had to be fixed begins we could pick it up. Hopefully these are all one time fixes. Haven’t used it yet so we will see. Just saying the factory quality control seems to be lacking.
