I was really excited when I bought my new trailer. I bought April 2023 as a brand new unit a few months later in the summer I had to have the toilet replaced and plumbing repaired in the shower behind the wall as it was leaking. My furnace no longer works. Neither one of my recliners works, my oven does not work and I have a leak behind the bed area that I did not know about until I went to change out the mattress and it was moldy, and the wood underneath was moldy, which explains my cough. Retired with a stroke at 66 was hoping to have a glorious retirement , this is my home. It is not something about trying to get somebody out here for repairs. They don’t want to come or it would cost me almost $1000 to get somebody out and for Assistance. They tell me well find a tech parts are covered. The blinds came crashing down , I am extremely unhappy and I will post bad reviews everywhere on this company

We have had many travel trailers in our day, and this one is the cheapest we’ve ever had. The floor plan is alright but the concept of the bedroom and bathroom door next to each other is not user friendly. There is no room to walk next to the bed coming in from the bedroom door, so why out one. We use the entry from the bathroom as it is less crowded. The finishing of this trailer is low quality. Every trim or door either popped out or broke. The fridge door handle is cheap and broke on day one. The fresh water holding tank is small, so unless you’re at a campground, plugged into city water, you’re having to refill often. This is probably because the water pressure is turned up high, which is one good thing in this trailer. There is no ceiling vent in the bedroom or a window on the top bunk therefore no air circulation which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. The ushape couch wasn’t fastened well and the small wall between the couch and the table was wobbly. I’ve also never been able to connect the surround sound to the tv, and the sound coming out of the tv is awful.
Good things about the trailer is the flooring. Very durable and easy to clean. The water pressure is good.
For the price, this trailer is not worth your money. Even if it was 20k less, I still would not recommend it.

Worst trailer I have ever owned!! On the surface and for the price it looks great, but quickly learned way it has such a low price point. To start the craftsmanship is horrendous. Missing screws, sealant carelessly applied, and leaky hose connections (ai discovered this at 5 in the morning when I stepped in a puddle that came from under my kitchen sink and I had a similar experience with the bathroom sink. Even with pipe door they continue to leak. It is a huge floor plan, but has almost no storage. I had to install a shelf in the kitchen cabinet because it was just a massive opening. The bed is awful and had to buy a $150 mattress pad just to make it sleepable until I can buy a new mattress. The “closet” space next to the bed isn’t tall enough to hang a shirt. Not sure why they even bothered to put them in if they were going to be so short. I could go on and on about all the things that are awful with this trailer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY is the bottom line.

We bought in April 2022. Within months the walls were pulling away from frame. Many smaller things like electric, inverter have broke when out on a trip. After camping season was over, it went back to manufacturer for 3 months. Unknown to us, the frame work was breaking apart and had to he rebuilt in several places. We feel right then and there they should have declared it a lemon. We gave had nothing but problems with the side that was broken. The leaf spring broke and the brake pieces fell apart. We believe these were due to the frame issue. Everytime we take it out we have a $300 to $1,000 repair on top of our trip when we get back. Is it fun to go camping? Not with a Crossroads.

We purchased in April 22. Insides walls were moving around by October. Sent back to factor in January 2023. Got back in April 2023. The transporter towed it there and back. We went out in May for two weeks. Had some trouble controlling trailer. Took to dealer when we returned and leaf spring was broken. Manufacturer would not honor warranty, eventhough they had it for 3 months of our 1 year warranty and their transport could have broken the springs. Also tires are worn on inside, which could have been caused by broken spring. And then to top it off, the extended warranty would not cover the springs because our mechanic could not tell how the springs broke. They just broke! Our dealer is as frustrated as us because they said they have never had this many problems from Crossroads. We are just about to stop payment and relinquish to the finance company. Rebuilding our credit would be cheaper than trying to maintain this trailer

Owned 4 months and wall started to move between living room and bunkhouse. Everything is stapled together with staples no bigger than a straight pin. Trim stapled to cover up the edges of wallboard popping off. Ceiling covering coming down. Storage draw glides in bathroom stapled to 1x1 which are stapled to thin wall board. So many mechanical things have gone wrong. Bedroom storage cabinet not caulked to frame, see light and feel air. Moisture comes in back under bed storage. Goes back next week to manufacturer for repairs but not holding my breath that it will be fixed correctly. Wish for old traders back. Only pro is weight and size, and outside kitchen that works part of the time. Maybe we have a lemon and others are better. Will see a cousin next week about looking into Lemon Law
