Expect SIGNIFICANT big ticket expenses. 15K or 20K bill, don't even blink when it happens. Not if.... but when. This is on a 2021 coach in 2023. The layout is perfect. I purchased a slightly used 2021 Palazzo in 2022. There was yellowing on the floor I couldn't clean up. The coach was barely out out of 12 month warranty. Turns out glue is coming thru the floor due to factory not preparing floor correctly. Requires complete floor replacement for the entire coach. 2021 model in 2023 Very challenging to have any level of communication with the warranty team. Completely one sided, all from the customer to get ANY response Many Many thousands of dollars to fix. Will not stand behind their construction. If you buy a new or used Thor expect to have a nice layout, but also expect SIGNIFICANT big ticket expenses. It might look ok, but understand you might have a 15 or 20K bill for underlying build quality issues (beyond the slide problems that are already well documented)

I purchased the 2021 Tellaro 20LT the fall of 2021. I have had ongoing problems with the auto-geneartor - inverter - AGM - solar panels with neither working or communicating. The solar panels charge the AGM batteries but does provide electrical power to the RV outlets. On & off issues with BMPro. It appears that Thor support is very lacking. I would recommend not purchasing any of the Tellaros.

Extremely disappointed, my fault for not researching better. This company clearly is looking at all profit and ZERO quality for customers.

The customer service from Jayco and RV Country was horrible. The first year and a half it was in the shop more than with me. RV manufacturers and dealers cannot keep up with the warranty work needed to repair poor quality made RVs. Additionally, Ford dealers won’t touch Ford chassis motorhomes. I’m into my third year of owning this rig and finally have most of the bugs fixed, thanks to new management at RV Country and a small mom and pop RV repair shop.

After two years of ownership I can say this is one of the best Class-A Motorhomes available from any production vendor. I find it extremely well made and in two years of driving not a single rattle. Yes all RVs will have issues but for ours, they were all small issues which never prevented us from using it and it was fixed in a timely manner. Recently I brought it back to Entegra for its 2-year examination which is unique. They fix everything plus a few things i had not noticed. The technology in Entegra Coaches is on par with Newell and Prevost which are significantly more. A pleasure to drive and handling is exceptional.
