This quad bunk RV is pretty amazing if you have children or even if you want an office option with extra sleeping for guests. the 4th bunk in the bunk room can also transform into a 2- seater dinette. This travel trailer is like having a large 2 bedroom hotel suite on wheels. You can legit sleep 10 people in this rig. The outdoor kitchen is useful as well and pretty good underbelly storage makes this a great RV option. My only con to this 2021 is that the master has a King and I feel like a Queen is more than enough space for the master. The King seems kinda a little overkill, but others may enjoy the King option. Considering we went from a Momentum to a Luxe, to compare the two would be to compare the moon to the sun. Luxe quality and adaptability matched our expectation of paying a premium price. We expected there to be issues, and we had our share, but the Luxe team was always willing to resolve the issue ASAP and went out of their way to resolve any issues to our satisfaction. We traveled the country and lived in the RV for 3 years, and everything has held up beautifully. Don't be afraid to buy a used rig as the quality they put into the initial build means it is built to last. We would definitely buy from Luxe again. Show less

In shop more than out. Floors cracked. Door hinges broke. Refrigerator leaked, won’t freeze adequately . Doors finally replaced r/t poor seals. One of the fold up bunks that has never used installed into paneling & hinges coming out of wall same issue with door, hand rails up to fifth wheel bedroom none properly installed like closet which fell off wall traveling entire shelving & rod collapsed only held on by staples half way hitting the 1x1 joke of support & plastic holders not designed to hold > 8 ft closet rods. Fireplace cockeyed & won’t mount flush. Slides have jammed multiple times on trips have to await service to come to pull home, door jams poor hinges malfunction & have to slam, chairs don’t fit inset window trim of dining room table. Awnings return for repair ~10 times, have tone manually retracted to leave & tow home, front lights failed. Have to rest power board ~3-4 times every trip to operate slides/awnings/lights, seams on wall covers cracks constantly lights dim when using dining room awnings as if there’s a short in them. Still not fixed after years of returning. manufacturer doesn’t want to stand by their products. Outdoor locks fail & spins around. Trailer looks good workmanship is extremely POOR to Nonexistent quality Have returned & replaced electronic control panel - has same issues have to reset constantly. Tires on trailer are horrible china - replaced all shortly after purchased new. Dangerous to drive on. Have had issues with 4/5 slides jamming failing to retract & or extend vent & bug covers fly off going down road, vents/fans fail to open & or function.. suggest stay away from this manufacturer once they get your money they couldn’t care less about customer service or warranty or $5,000 extended warranty each blames the other &/or ( can’t) repeat error until manufacturer warranty is out …. Then it’s screw u… couldn’t care less about doubt the right thing by their customers….. don’t waste your money on them & steer clear of this manufacturer Show less

Love the chassis. But the way the house was built is nothing less than shameful.quality is nonexistent.the overhead bunk separated from cab got that fixed then the whole house separated from cab. And constantly finding leaks. It’s a shtty situation to be in . I don’t believe that in the 2 1/2 years we had it that there is something inside that wasn’t worked on . And the rust all untreated steel no paint or anything Show less

Awesome floor plan. Kitchen has tons of counter space. Love the walk around queen bed, hard to find in a rig this size. Lightweight, easy to tow. We love the power tongue lift and the power stabilizer jacks. For a couples cruiser, this has all the bells and whistles you need in a compact size. Show less

We bought this new in 221. We have used it for 2 trips of at least 30 days, 2 trips of at least 10 days, then several weekend trips. So we’ve traveled quite a bit. Pros: this had the layout we were looking for. In that area we are pleased. Electric heater does a great job, so we rarely have to use propane. We also like the comfy lounge chairs that have heaters. Cons: most are quality and design problems. Cabinet door above TV fell off during first week of travel. Undersized hardware was used, and repairs made after our return. Another quality issue was use of machine screws to hold metal skirt on outside of trailer. Several failed, so I replaced with nuts and bolts, which should have been used in the first place. Cabinet door to left of slide doesn’t stay closed, so we have to be careful when moving slide in or out. AC was temperamental at first, but has come around. We have been pleased with our Stratus. That being said, we would buy a better known and higher quality RV if we had to do this again. We’ve put about 15,000 miles on it and have had no major problems. Show less

We bought a 2021 Shadow Cruiser in January of 2021 and got it in April 2021 ,Only had one problem the wiring around the furnace shorted the dealer finally after words from your customer service it was repaired ,Oh yea we did replace the king mattress with a queen size other then that it has been some great camping our Ram 1500 pulls it easy ,Thank You for building such a beautiful camper love the name Shadow Cruiser 225RBS . I bought a Riverside Retro 189R (24 ft) brand new in June of 2021. I have been living in it full time since then. I live in an RV park and hear horror stories about other peoples Travel Trailers /RV's and can only tell you my Riverside RV travel trailer has been great! I live in Florida where it rains hard and the sun bakes! No leaks or problems of any kind. I get many compliments on it's styling and interior layout. The only negative is that at 24 feet, the tub/shower is small. Otherwise I'm super comfortable and plan to continue living in my trailer for a few years to come. Buddy Bahama Show less

ORV Manufacturing has the best customer service; I stopped calling the dealership and if ever a question arises, I can call ORV and get help ordering a part or making an adjustment. Very well built and solid platforms are what make ORV products stand out from the mass produced trailer factories in Indiana. These trailers tow very well and although heavy, they are well balanced. Components are industry standard ie. Coleman Mack, Lippert, Suburban, MaxxAire, etc. but the bones of these trailers are what is special and what makes them maintain value. Show less

Quality control is the worst I have ever seen. We had to vacuum and wipe down everything because of the saw dust and construction debris. First trip the heater blower stopped working. The squirrel cage came apart and was destroyed. The front stabilizer jacks didn't work, a wire was not installed correctly. The skirting flaps so bad going down the road that some of the side light covers came off. On the third trip the water pump quit working, had to have it fixed. We have to reset the thermostat every trip. 1 year and 3 months the skirting on the right side was destroyed from the wind on the highway. Cruiser wouldn't help because it was 3 months past the 1 year warranty. The bedroom door keeps coming of the track when traveling even though it's latched. I WOULD NEVER BUY AN RV FROM CRUISER.
