The layout is perfect. I purchased a slightly used 2021 Palazzo in 2022. There was yellowing on the floor I couldn't clean up. The coach was barely out out of 12 month warranty.
Turns out glue is coming thru the floor due to factory not preparing floor correctly.
Requires complete floor replacement for the entire coach. 2021 model in 2023
Very challenging to have any level of communication with the warranty team. Completely one sided, all from the customer to get ANY response
Many Many thousands of dollars to fix. Will not stand behind their construction.
If you buy a new or used Thor expect to have a nice layout, but also expect SIGNIFICANT big ticket expenses. It might look ok, but understand you might have a 15 or 20K bill for underlying build quality issues (beyond the slide problems that are already well documented)

The solar panels charge the AGM batteries but does provide electrical power to the RV outlets.
On & off issues with BMPro.
It appears that Thor support is very lacking.
I would recommend not purchasing any of the Tellaros.

Hi All: I've had five motorhomes in my life and numerous campers. With the two Thor's I have had and currently have, I've had few problems. From what I read I am one of the lucky ones. Today I would like to talk about support. I had a few routine questions after reading an article on the BIM 160. Simple questions I thought. Like where is it? The person on the other end said well I can't tell you. Each coach is different. That seems kind of strange I said. Don't your techs use some sort of plan when they build these things. To which she stated no. She then said it might be in the battery compartment to which I said no not there. I then said let's get past that. Can you tell me at what voltage the BIM will cut in to charge the chassis battery? To which she use3d the old "that's a chassis manufacturer thing." When I tried to explain that the BIM determines this and it's installed by Thor she got belligerent and talked over me. Calling the help line was a complete waste of time. This person probably never stepped in a motorhome and has been hired to talk knowledgably about them. Don't waste your time calling them.

We have read several reviews regarding THOR products and it is not good at all. We have had our trailer 2 years and it in the shop constantly and have to wait months to get repairs because there are so many cheaply made trailers and rv's. There should be a five year warranty with trailers. We also bought a warranty and of course, the slide-out was not covered. We have had nothing but trouble. We've been rv/trailer owners five times, and this one is awful. We have never had problems before with our trailers. There really should be a class action suit against the unscrupulous manufacturers. Lousy workmanship. We are responsible and take excellent care of our trailer, but these should not be allowed on the road. What an awful and expensive experience.

When we got ours the Whirlpool fridge would not work, that took a few months working with Whirlpool to get a new fridge. So far four recalls from Ford. Big problem finding a Ford Dealer to work on our unit. Had to go through Ford, get a case number opened, then Ford talked a dealer a hour away to do the work. We bought it through Click It RV in Spokane. They have been super about responding to our needs. If you can rent the type of RV you would like to buy first.

2. Ran the shower 3 times and the ceiling started caving in
3. You can't drive above 70 mph; because the awning thay comes attached will start to rattle and has fine print that says if it falls off it's on you not any warranty.
4. The bathroom doors while you drive won't stay closed so they bang around.
5.the cabinets above the sleeping area won't stay closed while driving. So you can't store anything above you.
6. Honestly there is too much to write
I Purchased my van in Florida on a deal for 80k. Before driving back to Georgia the kept cutting off. I turned into the first gas station I could find. I looked under the van and wiring running from the battery's to the motor were hanging so low that the cables were worn to open copper.
A nice man helped me cover the wiring and re arange the wiring. I turned around and went back to the rv shop where I purchased it the dealership even though I purchased all the extended

It Drives like a Dream compared to any Coach or RV Trailer that I have owned ( 5 others to date). There's plenty of room and I found it incredibly easy to maneuver and especially to park! It's no bigger then a LWB Pickup Truck. The drivers compartment is filled with every conceivable device for driving comfort including Fully Adjustable Swivel Seats, Power Mirrors, Towing Package, Ice Cold AC, Window Covers, Great Stereo, Touch Screen , Shifter placement, Cup Holders, Cruise, Tilt, Storage, and even a Windshield Sun/Privacy Cover. Having owned everything from Aluminum Travel Trailers ( 1962 & 2001) to Class A to vintage 1950's Field & Stream to another late model Class B... I was impressed by the Quality of Build and attention to detail, pretty much pre-thinking your every need when traveling or camping. The Bath is an ingenious design with a Commode, fold-down Sink, Medicine Cabinet, Wardrobe Cabinet, 2 deep Drawers and a Shower Curtain that stores out-of-the way. ...to doors that open wide at the back- like 'taking a shower outdoors'. They even pre-designed lights near the Hookup ports and built-in power w/ LP sockets for entertaining outside the unit. My RV even has an Electric Awning w/ built-in LED night Lights and 2 screened Windows! Having prev. owned a sluggish diesel powered RV, it was great to be able to buy (cheap) Reg.Gas for a powerful 260hp V6 motor that would have no problem pulling a small car (-3500lbs). Gotta rate this RV a "10".
