Worked great for all my needs, very spacious. It's perfect for long stays, especially with the washer/dryer connections. I can actually stand up in the shower and have room to move. The electric fireplace was perfect for cold nights and the sound system was perfect for those summer nights. Show less

When I purchased my camper I searched many models and this one caught my eye. This is my first camer,I really like the camper very much. Ordered it at RV wholesalers in Lakeview, Ohio. They were very nice courteous and the order process was painless. The salesman helped me a lot and I got some good opinions at a good price. build quality is good to an extent, The builders took no pride in their work. Leaving sawdust wires, screws, and even the metal plate that they cut out to make the vet opening,in the vet. My outside outlet does not work. That was my fault when I picked up the camper. I should have checked it. I got the trailer in 2021 now it is 2023. I haven't had any major problems with this camper. I would recommend this brand to another as well as the r v dealership. I have nothing but problems from day 1. Six water couplings had to be replaced. Radio had to be replaced. Winterizing pump had to be replaced. Patio door and 2 windows had to be replaced. Two cabinet doors fell apart. No glue. Fixed them myself. Doors not level, rubbing on one corner. Yellow putty marks all over the white ceiling. Now the toilet water won't stop running when flushed but I'm told that's my problem because my warranty is over. My first trailer didn't turn out to be a good experience. Will never buy another forest river trailer. Show less

We loved the 2021 Palomino Columbus Compass F374BHC. It is a true luxury RV and great for full time travelers, and is good for all season camping. Our family of 6 traveled 15 states in 2 yrs and enjoyed every minute of it. The RV pretty much came with every wishlist item, my wife and I had for a 5th wheel that can accommodate a large family. King bed Bunkhouse Fireplace Theater seating Big screen tv Bath and a half(nice when you have kids) Kitchen island Kitchen pantry Kitchen coffee station Large residential fridge Outside kitchen including a Griddle for cooking outside and a small fridge Rear bumper Tow hitch for our Bike rack Show less

The floor plan is great for our small family, however the quality of work is absolutely atrocious. Water lines not even hooked up, washer drain line not hooked up, roof leaks, shower leaks x3, hose connections not tightened etc etc etc. Just absolutely terrible workmanship. Show less

My puma 39dbt blew upside down with me in it, very unbalanced. Manufacturer will not compensate for rv replacement or injuries. If anyone can help me or post your experience please do. Show less

Terrible, do not buy Palomino or Forest River!! Bought a camper 2 years ago brand new.  Nearly every exterior screw fell out first year and was replaced and glued in. Service center told me that was normal and they see it a lot. Two years later I'm being told I need all new canvas and a new roof.  $10 k worth of work according to my local service center.  Tried calling Palomino for help, got an email from Jerald at Palomino basically saying its my fault!.  Said the repairs are only $3400.  Shows you just how much the mark up is at the service center. Jacks that lift the top broke 3 times.  Last time it took my service center 15 weeks to get replacements from Forest River, they lasted a week before breaking again.  4th time all my jacks were replaced with a linear actuator.  This means if they malfunction again, they cannot be manually operated to open or lower the roof. Have you ever slept in a pop top truck camper with the roof down? I have, with my wife and 3 dogs.   Again, my camper is 2 years old. The roof leaks in multiple spots, the canvas is torn in multiple spots. The service center told me the new jacks that were installed is raising the roof too high and stretching the canvas more than it was intended. I have broken lights and my heater doesn't work. I've had it in the service center for electrical problems, water pump, refridgerator, etc. 2 years old!! These guys are a joke.  Nelsons RV, RV's.com, Palomino, Forest River....  Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.  Hit me up if you wan to kow more.  Show less

Do Not Buy! Horrible! Terrible quality and customer support. They will not stand behind their product. Bought this camper 2 years ago, brand new. Wife and I have spent our life hiking and camping with a tent. Now in our 50s we decided to buy a camper to make life more comfortable. Well my camper has been in the shop for repairs more times than I can count. My camper is currently at the service center and I'm being told that it needs all new canvas $6k and probably a new roof $5k due to leaks. Mind you I bought this camper brand new two years ago! Palomino/Forest River was contacted and they will not help with anything at all. The manufacturer will not take responsibility and neither will my local dealer, Nelsons RV/RVs. Com. The past two years of electrical and mechanical breakdowns and terrible service has been an absolute nightmare. Show less

Understanding nothing is perfect. But it's definitely been a trial. We were to move in July 15th. But when it got delivered the AC didn't work. It took almost a month and a half before it got done. A month later I heard water leaking. I went outside and there it was leaking.from the belly. Next day a friend sat at the table and the chair broke. This vehicle is not meant to live in it's like a beautiful house to only look at. Now the worse is we still have to pay for it. Show less

We've owned all kinds of RV's, from 36' Grand Junction fifth wheel, smaller 30' Southwind Class A gas, to 37' to 42' diesel pushers. This 30' trailer, however, is our first at this type and size. I looked at Arctic Fox, Jayco White Hawk, Grand Design Imagine, and Keystone. This unit came in below $30k, including a new Blue Ox 4 point hitch (installed), electric fireplace below the 40" tv, 21' electric awning, 2 slide toppers, outside refer, electric burner, bbq that mounts on the bumper, Dexter torsion axles, solar pre-wire, rear camera pre-wire, double doors with swing down steps, outside speakers and tv mount, double 36" deep slides, electric stabilizers, electric tongue jack, and more.It was only used lightly, and tires (rated for 70 mph) look nearly. The front kitchen is my wife's prize, with a large front window of automotive glass. This unit is now under Forest River ownership, but the Palomino quality standards are still enforced at their original plant. Show less
