ORV Manufacturing has the best customer service; I stopped calling the dealership and if ever a question arises, I can call ORV and get help ordering a part or making an adjustment. Very well built and solid platforms are what make ORV products stand out from the mass produced trailer factories in Indiana. These trailers tow very well and although heavy, they are well balanced. Components are industry standard ie. Coleman Mack, Lippert, Suburban, MaxxAire, etc. but the bones of these trailers are what is special and what makes them maintain value. Show less

We have had our 314 for a little over a year and have had several issues that the dealer claims not to have seen. Now I am stuck with a piece of junk that cost me 86000. Big mistake on my part. It’s worth less than half after one year. Buy a better established manufacturer. Show less

Bought our Outdoors RV expecting a quality built Trailer. We absolutely love the floor plan. The Craftsmanship leaves a lot to be desired. We have had over 30 different issues and actually drove to the plant in Oregon to have repairs made. Still faced with some issues and dealing with a couple of new ones. I have owned 1 class a motor home, Fifth Wheel two tow behinds and a Truck camper. Never experienced cupboard doors falling off, squeaky floors, broke drawer frames , cabinets separation, massive cold air leaks, doors and window improperly installed. Wheel well screws shaking loose, particles under roof membrane and more. Wish I would have had the trailer professionally inspected before paying for it. Show less

Aside for the squeaky floor, warped cabinet doors, improperly built cabinets falling apart it tows nice. Seriously they advertise it as a four season coach it is any thing but. Cold air pools in during the winter thru slide and poorly fitted entry door. We have suffered broken cabinet frames panels not sufficiently assembled and loose . Cabinets over the bed area were literally separating and staples showing all over. We had and still have partials under roof membrane. Wheel well trim screws vibrating out envelope when tightened bathroom door mounted out of square and rubs finish off. Propane tanks had been brush painted. Show less

After returning the RV Back to dealer 3 times For dead batteries. I finally found the reason for the solar controller of bomb controller above the bed was wired backwards. Hot water heater had problems igniting with propane, Cummins Onan generator Took several attempts to start., Air conditioner did not work, And microwave push button to open door was stuck , replaced with new microwave. Dealer fixed all the problems After 3 visits. however 18 months owning the RV Found rust everywhere underneath on the frame . Used the RV 3 days the 1st year. A good undercoat would have solved the problem . I had never used it in snow or salted roads. And and always washed the RV after a trip garage kept! Show less

I paid $41,775.51 for a brand new Little Guy Max and on my first trip, I discovered the Gray water meter was faulty, the shower is leaking into the dining area and worst of all, a leak on the black water pipe resulted in my interior being covered in sewage. The RV has been dropped off and the dealer is working with Xtreme Outdoors to resolve this but this company has a terrible response rate. Now I am out $42k and no longer have an RV. It’s a beautiful RV but at that price, I expect quality and accountability. My advice, look closely at the workmanship, check seams, cabling, piping and cabinetry, I was with the technician inspecting the leak and found a lot of poor workmanship. Or.. Go with a different RV! Keep in mind this company will not Refund or Replace, they will only repair. Show less

Quality is average, many things required repair on the road already, and the furios backup camera system does not work. We had to return ours to the manufacturer for repairs within the first 3 months. The plumbing had issues as well as the auto leveling system, They’re priced high but they’re only average quality. Bought this unit (20BD) new in July of 2021. Used it for a week in early October. Initial issues when brought home was a defective drawer. They tried to fix on delivery, but repair was poor and drawer malfunctions. Generator will not run one side of the regulator due to a flow issue. Water tank heater was wired backwards. The water pump was not secured to the floor. One window blind is broke. Bubble on the roof. Loose sawdust in cabinets throughout. Long lead time to get any thing fixed under warranty. Even with the early issues these units are built much better then your average RVs. Tows great, great floor plan and attractive. Love it so far. Hoping my 2021 doesn't have the covid-era RV issues plaguing the industry currently. Show less

Deeply disappointed in this Rv. Brand new unit. Purchased April 2021. Was unable to use it for 3 months in shop. Electrical issues, fans don’t work, speakers don’t work. Off grid - cannot use CPAP machines. Show less
