Lots to like: the 25M (Murphy Bed) is a great concept and floorplan. I like to sit at Dinette on laptop and my wife can watch TV in either of 2 areas on the couch or pull the bed down. We leave the bedding on and am able to get it back into position fold into the wall with no problem. The couch during the day makes it less awkward to invite people in to play cards. The Murphy bed is large enough for 2 people with the windows at the head of the bed when the slide is out. The rear bathroom and shower have plenty of space to change or shower (24 x 36). When the slide is out we have a great open area and with the O-T-B bed space we comfortably fit 4 people. And, we drop the dinette table down turning it into a bed for our dog (65lb pit). Dislike: This particular floorplan doesn't have the pass thru outside storage (under the bed on most plans). Thus, its pretty limited for any thing wide (ie grill, Stuff that broke with norm use: brackets on LPG, roof leak, slide, Refrig is quirky (beeps even thou its shut off). Lighting Oven is not only not easy, using a pilot light (downright annoying). Hot water is sporadic for no apparent reason we could figure out. No low point valve for draining fresh water tank. I can't recommend buying a Thor nor will we ever buy another. When someone asks, I tell them "its like an American Motors car in the 70's. Cheap materials, weak fastners, put together poorly by disgruntled workers who didn't care what left the factory floor. They save money by not doing a finish QC inspection.

Downsized from a 36' Diesel Pusher. We were looking for something smaller more easy to maneuver. The Freedom Traveller is a Basic unit. I had heard so many bad things about Thor RV's that I went over it with a fine tooth comb looking for issues to nix the sale but I could not find anything. There are maintenance issues which FORD should fix on any F53 Chassis based RV - like how you add and check the oil, - how you check and add brake fluid, the location and varied types of fuses used . There were things that could have been done more like a Class A and less like a tow behind - like a centralized water bay and locating the fresh water tank fill on the same side of the RV as the city water connection. After driving 3000 miles I am happy with it.

Coach is on RAM ProMaster 3500 Window Van. Fun and easy to drive. Solar panels. Fabulous bathroom w/shower. Excellent Truma Combi Furnace and Water Heater (Loved this feature). We drove it to Oklahoma and Wisconsin to see our Grandkids. So much better than trying to get a motel for the night. Drove through Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, Teton National parks, then on up to Glacier and over to Mt. Rushmore. So comfortable and fun. Love this RV!

Like it because it’s a Ford, like the top window over the cab. My main thing is withe the quality. Here is a list to be looked at. Make sure the unit doesn’t have plastic/Cut wire and debris under the slides Trash. Make sure ALL the wiring works especially the HDMI TV cables. Look under the bed and make sure the wires look uniform and not like spaghetti. Make sure the wiring above the batteries are neat and you can access the batteries for maintenance. Make sure the floor is glued down. Make sure that the duct work for the heater is clean and not full of sawdust and wood chips. Make sure the registers don’t restrict air flow from the heater cut them off 1/2”. Make sure that the wall paper is stuck well everywhere. Make sure ALL the plumbing does not leak. Make sure the black tank washer works. Make sure that the exhaust muffler on the truck doesn’t rattle against the rear locker. Remember it cost you time and money to keep going back to fix these items and grief especially things that they don’t cover after a year. You really feel ripped off because of the quality.

Expect SIGNIFICANT big ticket expenses. 15K or 20K bill, don't even blink when it happens. Not if.... but when. This is on a 2021 coach in 2023. The layout is perfect. I purchased a slightly used 2021 Palazzo in 2022. There was yellowing on the floor I couldn't clean up. The coach was barely out out of 12 month warranty. Turns out glue is coming thru the floor due to factory not preparing floor correctly. Requires complete floor replacement for the entire coach. 2021 model in 2023 Very challenging to have any level of communication with the warranty team. Completely one sided, all from the customer to get ANY response Many Many thousands of dollars to fix. Will not stand behind their construction. If you buy a new or used Thor expect to have a nice layout, but also expect SIGNIFICANT big ticket expenses. It might look ok, but understand you might have a 15 or 20K bill for underlying build quality issues (beyond the slide problems that are already well documented)

I would recommend not purchasing any of the Tellaros.

Hi All: I've had five motorhomes in my life and numerous campers. With the two Thor's I have had and currently have, I've had few problems. From what I read I am one of the lucky ones. Today I would like to talk about support. I had a few routine questions after reading an article on the BIM 160. Simple questions I thought. Like where is it? The person on the other end said well I can't tell you. Each coach is different. That seems kind of strange I said. Don't your techs use some sort of plan when they build these things. To which she stated no. She then said it might be in the battery compartment to which I said no not there. I then said let's get past that. Can you tell me at what voltage the BIM will cut in to charge the chassis battery? To which she use3d the old "that's a chassis manufacturer thing." When I tried to explain that the BIM determines this and it's installed by Thor she got belligerent and talked over me. Calling the help line was a complete waste of time. This person probably never stepped in a motorhome and has been hired to talk knowledgably about them. Don't waste your time calling them.
