We purchased this brand new. I’ve seen some bad reviews but we have had no problems. We added a few things to our taste and put a lift support on the bottom bunk bed. There is no insulation, but it’s not a four season trailer. Air conditioning is fine, stove refrigerator, microwave, showers etc. We have boon docked multiple times also no issues. Have not had any problems with leaks. We are happy with our purchase and does appear from other reviews the builder had good and bad days. We obviously caught on a good day. But also our dealership went over it with a fine tooth comb prior to our purchase.

It seems to me after reading reviews the factory that makes these has good days and bad days.
I think ours was built during mostly good days.

Great sturdy trailer. Went through Hurricane Ian and did not leak or have any issues!! Great for two people or one. Easy tow and easy to use. Only drawback is storage. It has limited storage and could do a bit better job creating storage. I make up for the storage by having a pickup topper on my truck. The bathroom is small but doable for most people. Great for off grid camping not intended to be lived in but to be used as a great camper for travel and ease of use.

I bought this unit because it could be pulled with my Jeep. After my first trip the water heater failed, after my second trip the water heater failed, the water pump failed, and a shelf that holds the lights and spans the bunk fell off.
My third trip the side of the trailer separated from the top of the trailer and allowed rain water to pour in
My dealer said this is normal wear and tear and will cost $10,000 to repair. He suggested I should call my insurance company and see what I could do with them to recover the cost.
Buying this POS was not a smart move by me.

While we liked the ground clearance, we hit out heads on everything, the trailer beebs incessantly for almost anything. Half the time we cannot firgure out what is causing the beeping so disconnect the battery. I really do not need Ai on a camping trip. The fire escape window flew off and hit a truck behind us, luckily they did not get damaged. This window is POORLY designed. Very difficult and expensive to replace... took a week to even hear back from the dealer. I really also do not understand why an owners manual was not provided that was any good. We have watched online videos over and over trying to troubleshoot the problems. Wish we had not purchased it.

We had to use our propane for heat instead of the campgrounds electric. As I walk in, what will fall apart. So cheaply made.

Thank goodness my husband took it apart. They did not even put the electrical plug in the water heater for electric. Damn can't you guys figure out how to put in a plug in a socket. These guys did nothing for inspection. We had to use propane because nothing was hooked up. It is a piece of junk and falls apart. They use staples and crappy stuff for the inside. You pay for what you get. If you purchase this trailer be a handy man all of this trailer is junk. Bushwacker you should be so ashamed of yourself

This is an update to previous review of camper purchased in December 2021.
In the previous review I stated the issues encountered with the poor quality of build.
I was pending a service appointment for repair of 6 different issues including leakage damage that would require the removal of all kitchen cabinets due to water damage.
The result of the service inspection was that the dealer stated that they do not have the capability to repair the camper.
The manufacturer does not actually have any plan for major repairs of this type and has been less than helpful.
The Braxton Creek warranty is apparently useless.
On their website say "We believe in treating people the way we would want to be treated."
Obviously they say one thing and do another.
They refuse to speak directly to the customers and do not negotiate in good faith with their dealers
