Hello. The review above had us worried about the unit. I wrote down the reported complaints item by item and looked for them in the 2020 unit we found at Camping World. This unit showed none of the reported problems - drawers at the door were properly mounted and worked smoothly, holes in baffles under sink were cleanly cut, cables were cleanly bundled, all the brake cables were attached and working, and so on. My conclusions are these (1) there are QC problems at the Dutchman factory (2) The worst of the problems occurred during the Covid year (2020-2021), and (3) there is nothing there that a careful inspection wouldn't reveal. We found a few minor issues (peeling wallpaper, break in exterior trim) and the dealer fixed them all before we picked up the unit. I agree that this travel trailer, and all the others we have looked at that are in our price range are deliberately built a bit flimsy to keep weight and price down. That being said, if you go into the deal with your eyes open and are willing to keep track of potential problems (furniture separating from wall, doors binding, weather-stripping comming loose) you can have a most rewarding experience. If you need a better build unit, or are not at least a bit handy, be prepared to pay twice as much. There is nothing wrong with the design of this unit - just be careful to do your own QC and keep track of problems before they creep up on you. (oh yes - the reviewer complained about inconsistencies in the specifications - it appears that the spec sheet he was looking at was prepared by an RV web site, not issued by the manufacturer, and was indeed inconsistent. Don't trust anything that doesn't come directly from the manufacturer. They are quite happy to answer questions)

We bought this RV in 2020 used. The RV dealership first let us know after we were almost through with the paperwork that it was not under warranty, even though we were told it was. (It was only a few months old). So we made a deal over electronic parts, if one was to fail. We sold our house and moved into our camper in a large shop we built. Almost immediately, we found a water leak in the bathroom under the sink that was coming from under the kitchen closet. I had to fix that. Then I found another leak that was coming from the back of the shower. I ended up having to cut a small hole in my bedroom wall to have to replaced the plumbing fittings that were not properly installed. I then had a leak coming from the kitchen sink. Hot and cold we’re not tight. Now I have a large leak that is behind the shower in my bedroom causing my floor to continue to stay wet. I ended up having to take part of the wall off, then it broke, so I cut ANOTHER hole at the bottom of the wall. If you buy this camper I would go through every single water line that you can reach and make sure they are good. Best thing would be to see if the dealership allows you to stay in the camper, there on site, to test all of this stuff out. Or get one hell of a warranty on water leaks! We then found another leak that was coming from the kitchen faucets.

This trailer has many cons and very few pros… refrigerator never quiet worked, doesn’t work at all now… leaks after first few days of hook ups, poor construction, crooked pieces and finishings, now now A\C after 1.75 years! Electrical issue, converter issues… and the basic construction work looks to be of the skill level of a 12 year old… or a crack or meth addict! Sorry but this thing has been a money pit! Don’t buy one if you like things done correctly… and avoid the dealer Florida outdoors too! They sold it without testing it fully clearly! Since the fridge never worked! The pros, you can sleep in it warm and wet and without full functions, but it’s a roof over our heads when we need it.

Poorest built POS on the road! Hands down. Everything falls apart. No drawers have lasted the first year of ownership (purchased new btw). Every single one has either been replaced or repaired. That is 11 drawers. The front door lock has been replaced. The refrigerator has been placed three times. The entire LP system has been disabled and the required pipe dope applied to the pipe joints. This was not done at the factory. My propane bottles were going empty every 2 days and the smell was awful. The propane detector worked damn well. Thank god. The furnace has been repaired 3 times. Nearly all the trim work has been reinstalled with nails that actually hit something to hold on to. The trays in the under storage both fell out because none of the screws that hold it were installed correctly. Most of the awing trim has gone bye bye while driving down the road. That fiberglass shell is cracked in no less than 6 places. The ladder on the back fell off. I was on it! That was fun. The handrail failed because the screws were incorrectly installed. The kitchen sink plumbing leaked from the first day. So did one of the bathroom sinks. All the plumbing fittings were much less than finger tight. The antenna wire to the main TV doesn’t work. Never has. We have to use Roku or DVD. This is a 2020 and the DVD player won’t play Blu-ray Discs. The outside speakers are absolutely junk. A tin can and string would sound better. Winterizing is pain because they couldn’t afford 6 feet of tubing.

There is no pride in the manufacturing at whatever location this RV was built. If I could get all my money back that I've spent on this turd, I would still be at a loss for all the time and irritation I've spent trying to "make the best of it". I have so much regret. Don't be like me. Spend you hard earned money on something that is worth it. Don't buy a Coleman/Dutchman RV, ever.

I purchase a 2020 voltage 3615 and have had multiple problems first the doors on passenger side compartments have lumps in them like the are delaminating. The biggest problem has been the tires. I weigh my camper every trip I leave, I have never been over the 16800 that the camper says it can be. but I have had two blow outs that have cause serve damage to the camper. I use a tpsm system for my tires so that I know what the psi is when the trip starts going off what is recommended. but now I found out that the tire manufacture will not warranty the tires because the tires are rated at 3950 and the rims are rated at 3750 neither add up to what the camper can handle which is 16800. Keystone said to call tire manufacture they told me they can not support because the tires don't belong on that camper call keystone. I'm disgusted that I'm getting the run around when I bought a product that is not safe and rated what it is supposed to be.

It looked nicer than others that were on the dealer lot. It certainly wasn’t cheap. But the problems we have had over the past 6 months ( the first 6 months of ownership) have made us hate this company. The shower pan drain was installed off center causing a major leak into the underbelly and the inside walls of the bathroom. The oven was forced into place by the assembly team and the vents were crushed causing the over to catch fire and burn the countertops. The bathroom sink plumbing was glued together and tied in straight so a major leak occurred and the entire pipe system had to be reworked and replaced. The trim on the ceiling was not stapled/nailed correctly and popped off repeatedly. The outside fiberglass finish cracked and discolored after the first week. The company would not stand behind any of their warranties. I have spoken with other Astoria owners and apparently this brand has deteriorated so severely after Covid, that it’s not worth it to buy them. This model is a piece of trash. I am dreading what is coming since it’s only 6 months old and has had these horrific problems.
