We love this Thor Chateau 28z RV for the size, comfort, livability, traveling ease, and convenience. The North/South master bedroom fits perfectly for convenience and comfort. The floor plan works well for traveling, as well as, for camping. The indoor color scheme has a classic look and feel. The exterior color and design is refined, yet sporty. Campy. Storage compartments, interior and exterior, are unsurpassed for a motor coach this size. Show less

Well made and beautiful floor plan. Roomy and spacious. We have made many memories while driving throughout the country in our motorhome. The gas prices engine was more than enough power to tow and haul as needed. The covered warranty covered everything we needed and no issues Show less

I have seen a lot of negative about the Quantum WS31. We have had our 2020 Quantum WS31 for just over 4 1/2 years. When we 1st bought it we did have a one time problem with the levelers. Thor techs were great and walked my husband through things to check. We did have to call a local tech to come to the RV park we were staying at to help. He was able to fix the problem and we had no further problems after this. I honestly cannot remember what it was. My husband taught me how to park it. After that we were off and with me doing 99% of the driving and parking. As my husband has tremors due to Parkinson's. We did a lot of mountain driving with a tow dolly pulling our Passat. No problems at all going up and down mountain roads or foothills. Plenty of power. We just had normal ware and tear on our Quantum. We did use our warranty for a few things with no problems. I will agree with complaints about Camping World. They were HORRIBLE to deal with both at dealer AND service end. I am shocked at the people that still deal with them. We ABSOLUTLY will no longer BUY or RECOMMEND business to them. As for THOR we have no complaints. This is just my 2 cents worth. Safe travels to all! Show less

Entegra's claim that they build the "quietest, best driving coaches on the market" is absolutely true. The design and quality of the coach is evident in its livability and comfort. This coach is a joy to own and a pleasure to use. The luxury and usabilty are standard. Show less

My wife and I researched motorhomes for about 2 years before we settled on the 24FE. Overall its a great machine, perfect for two adults and the occasional grandchild. We especially like the floor plan. Has room to move around in, pretty good storage capacity, usable bathroom and shower, love the slide out queen size bed. Installed a second tv in the bedroom area so both tv's are tied into a central entertainment area over the entry door. Drives great and its a length my wife feels comfortable driving. Mileage is 10 miles per gallon as expected. Haven't towed anything yet but the hitch setup looks capable of towing most things. For the money it's a loaded machine. Last camping trip I took I woke up floating on my air mattress....no more of that nonsense. Comes solar prepped so I'm installing a solar panel next. Fuse panel is in a low position on the side of the bed but accessible. Highly recommend the Freedom Elite. Show less

Horrible choice of RVs. Our first driver after having years of fifth wheels and other campers. There is zero warranty it is a total hoax and consumers are left with a poor-quality coach. The large slide out is an engineering disaster and nothing but trouble. The shocks are undersized and the unit sways like a trapeze going down the road. All the seat covering material has peeled away since it was paper thin.That explains why Camping World does not allow a test drive. Tried to get rid of it by trading into a Mirada Coachman. Guess what? No RV dealer wants it and tells us about numerous lawsuits pending against manufacturer. Show less

After extensively shopping cheaper brands, we are SO happy to have chosen Thor. They have backed up their product in both warranty and in customer service. The 22 FE is especially easy to drive, yet has room for my family to enjoy. The deal maker for us was the slide out bedroom with the queen sized bed. All the other motorhomes squished the queen bed into a corner so that you had to climb over your sleeping partner to enter/exit the bed. This RV has a "walk around" where you can feel the extra room. Bought our Entegra Vision 29S Coach 1/2022 from La Mesa RV in Tucson. It was lightly used with 10,000 miles and very clean. My wife and I have put almost 10,000 miles on it this year and are very pleased with our purchase. Nothing is perfect. However, from a value and quality standpoint we would recommend this coach and the dealership to friends and family. Show less
