We bought this RV as a non-current model from our local dealers existing stock. We love the layout and find the quality of the build high compared to other brands that we looked at. We had some issues with the glass shower door track leaking, this was a common issue with this type of door and was quickly resolved by our dealer. Part of the issue was related to having the trailer spot on level due to the east west shower layout. Speaking of the shower, this is one of the features we love about the Solaire line, nice big showers with a seat. We love the outdoor fridge and induction cooktop with a nice size counter included. We had an issue with the TV and the power antennae the first time we used the trailer, the TV was replaced, and the antennae issue resolved by our dealer with no issue. We are currently working with our dealer on trading up to the 258RBSS because we have moved up in canine size and need a little more room. I feel a lot of the support issues that are written about are dealer related, we have had great support from our local dealer and are not hesitant at all to buy this brand again.

Every water connection needed to be repaired within the first few months of owning/living in it. Due to the leaks we have several areas damaged by water (cabinets puffed up and the laminate rolled up). Both bathroom fans motors stopped working and replaced within 6 months. Grey tank for kitchen sink spills over underneath causing moisture build up between the flooring and tank. Option for 2nd air conditioner and ceiling fan in bedroom is horrible idea, the ac unit sticks out and the fan blades hit the controls on the ac unit….their idea to fix this error is to bend the fan blades which causes stress on the motor and had to replace the motor. Needless to say the ceiling fan isn’t used. The hot water hose wasn’t installed on the washer. Just seems like a rushed poorly put together without quality control to make sure things were put together correctly.

This camper has been a pain in my butt since we bought it new. 1st trip out and had to call a repairman to put the slide out in. The kitchen drawer stops broke. Had them repaired and now I can't open them all the way. Every water connection, bathroom sink, shower, kitchen sink, and toilet leaked while were camping. Still have a leak somewhere around the low water drain. The water pump didn't work. There was a dead short that kept blowing the fuse. The trim work is coming loose. The original bathroom sink faucet wouldn't shut off so we replaced it. We're stuck with it!

We purchased this rv to live in and two months later bought a house and it has been sitting ever since. Water tank has never had water in it and has a built in washer and dryer, fireplace and propane central heating. ##Stainless steel appliances and large refrigerator. 4 burner gas stove and stainless microwave. 2 bedrooms, two shower. We lived ii the rear bedroom so the front AC hardly got used. New tires it literally has about 20 miles on it. Moved to sunset shores from Demondtron RV to sunset and from there 5.5 miles to our home. Every now and then one of our kids would come over and stay the weekend. Have not had the water on or used any of the toilets with no place to dump black tanks. Has a 34" tv WiFi ready and It is basically brand new. Large electric awning 20', sliding door entrance and second entrance. It is a pull behind. With 12 VDC heating and lighting. Perfect for living in in a park.

Lived in 2020 Palomino Puma for 2 years, sold it because moved. Fully skirted with foam board and plywood, which did a great job of stabilizing it. Handled freezing temps ok, but had pipes heat taped and dripped water when a hard freeze. Also shrink wrapped windows, was in windy area. Summer when hot had to sometimes use both ACs to keep cool. But I have loved the large kitchen, open floorplan, full sized appliances, washer/dryer, and windows. I did have the large slide reinforced due to a slight drip sometimes after rain. Recommend for home-feel living in a camper!

Purchased this brand new. I like the set up and the room that it offers. However, from the first week, I have had problems with the water line fittings leaking. 90% of all fitting and peg water lines have at some point in time leaked. Within a couple of months after owning this RV, traveling from one destination to another, the drain in the bathroom sink cracked completely through causing all kinds of issues in the bathroom. The fittings in the bathrooms had continual leak problems. Discoloration of the wallpaper on the wall seams due to poor workmanship. Discoloration of the flooring throughout the entire camper. This has all happened in less than two years. Fortunately, the warranty has covered the bathroom disaster, however, the flooring will only be replaced on my dime at a significant cost. I’m extremely disappointed because this was an upgrade from my last camper but has turned into a nightmare that I cannot stand anymore. I would highly recommend that you get a camper of a different brand because this one will leave you dumbfounded and disappointed.

Purchased new March 2021. Perfect couples camper. Have spent 45 nights in it as of July 24. We have been to Tennessee twice, Florida once and a local lake three times. Next trip is to Myrtle Beach for 2 weeks. My husband has upgraded the Leveling jack stabilizers, replaced the trifold couch with a Love seat duel electric recliner. Other than wishing it had more closet space and a ladder on the back it has been great so far. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 fur babies.
