We recently purchased our RV used from a dealer in California. We had to drive the vehicle home to Iowa from there (2 1/2 days!) The RV served us well and we were able to test out many of the features along the way ( with a learning curve of course). This RV fits just the both of us perfectly and we look forward to many outings. The Mercedes Sprinter is absolutely all that is touted and so many features. We were able to use the bed without putting the slide out, which is important. I wanted a new unit, but the two plus year wait was too long, so I shopped and researched the used market. Our 2020 Unity is three years old now, 28,000 miles and two snowbird winters. It has stood the test of time at this point. Minor issues as a snap pulled loose, the exterior compartment latches are pitted (salt maybe) and the thermostat had to be reset this year. All appliances are in good working order, A/C is cold, HP works well, furnace used rarely, refrigerator is cold when not overstuffed. We could not be happier with the quality of our coach. And drives like my SUV, love it. Customer service is amazing and you always speak to a person who is a tech!! It doesn’t get better than that. Would highly recommend and buy again. Show less

This is a great rv made by a top line manufacturer. It drives great, 14mpg towing and 17mpg without a tow. It lives well, lots of daylight, very roomy feeling, large galley area, lots of convenient storage both inside and out. Truma,s Aqua Go water heater provides limitless hot water on demand with a circulation system that provides instant hot water eliminating the waste of waiting for hot water to arrive at the faucet. The AC system cools effectively and has a heat pump to use while plugged in to shore power saving your lap gas for when needed. The twin beds easily convert to a nice size queen for very comfortable sleeping. It has the peace of mind provided by being built on a Ford chassis. There’s over 3000Ford dealers across the country for whatever service might be needed. Compare that to about 300 Mercedes dealers many of which will not service their van products. Show less

Listen, I work at an RV dealership, DO NOT PURCHASE AN EVOKE! They come with an abundance of problems and will not resell well. It's supposed to be a "luxury" brand but that's like buying a knock off louis vuitton from walmart. We HATE getting these as a dealership and warn every customer who comes to look at one. Use your money better! Show less

This RV is very nice. We have seen the reviews and I have not had any of these problems mentioned. Some of the reviews are with dealing with problems that the manufacturer has no responsibility for because most of the parts like frig, microwave, ac, ect are made by another company. No matter what brand you have, you will find out they all use the same other manufacturer for these things. This is what you have to put up with in owning a RV. They "ALL" have issues from time to time. The other complaints are with Camping World the dealer. I would have to agree that they are the worst by far although we have not had to deal with them much because we haven't had any major issues. The only problem we had was with the slider which is made by a different company that a lot of other RV manufactures use. Don't buy a RV or boat if you expect to have 0 issues. Show less

We just got rid of this horrible RV. I paid 40k for it and was lucky to get 13k for it. The roof is rotten after 18 months of use. Slider is broken. After hard braking to avoid an accident, the whole RV was shifted and off sides with the back warped and caving into center. This is not normal but horrible workmanship. Lifetime warranty on tires are a joke since they basically went out of business and do not make this model. You cannot get replacement parts. Worst RV and company EVER! Show less

Overall, extremely satisfied with the Unity TB 2020. Had minor and normal issues, and the dealership was simply incapable of fixing anything (Horizon Lussier). A total disgrace I will not go into details. I contacted Leisure Travel Vans directly, they responded immediately and sent me the replacement parts ( tank sensors, BR door handle, door seal, storage compartment struts, etc). The only annoying thing comes from the MB 'check engine light' that pops up often for no reason. After 2 visits to the MB dealership (3 hour drive each way), the last time the light came back on within 30 minutes, the mechanic told me to just ignore if there are no 'messages on the menu'. Overall very happy, unfortunately LTV dealerships are very very bad. It is an industry problem, not specific to LTV. Show less

What an absolute nightmare this was to own! I bought this brand new and from day one....too many problems to list. Thank goodness I got rid of it!!! Please do your homework before considering this. Absolute beautiful floor plan but NOT built to last. Show less

DO NOT BUY from this company. Evoke Model C- Bought this used, dealership did not inform me that the prev owner traded it in due to mult problems with water leaks (I tracked the former owner down). First time out with unit the door fell apart (I'm not exaggerating, it literally came apart) and we could not shut the door. The outdoor kitchen is useless, first time we put a pot on it, the whole grill and knobs melted. Looking at it from behind (didn't notice this on the lot), the whole unit is crooked on the chasis. Most recently the inner shower door fell off (again, not exaggerating, it literally fell off and shattered all over the bathroom), the door is properly latched. It's a waste of time trying to talk to a live person at Travel Lite. They take no responsibility for what is a beautiful but poorly constructed product. I cannot even imagine what's going to go wrong with this thing next. Show less

I bought a new truck camper from highway 34 RV in November 2020, paying $14,368. I have numerous issues and the dealer and company are both worthless. Ryan, CEO of travel lite called me a dick and hung up on me when I confronted him about the language. Jamie the CFO lied about Ryan's behavior. This company is a joke. Show less
