The Jayco Greyhawk 27U has been an excellent Class-C RV. I can't comment on warranty support, since we have had no problems with it! A key selling point for my wife and I was the King-Size bed and the overall floor plan. It's great to simply pull over at any time to grab a snack or take a quick break on a long trip. Set-up is quick, with the automatic leveling system. We created a custom sewn quilted drape with Velcro to separate the living area from the drivers area. This reduces the road noise significantly, making for a quiet ride and easy conversation. When the weather is cold, this drape also reduces heat loss from the windshield. Of course, it's easily removed in the daytime when camping. Ours is a pre-Covid model, so the build quality has been good.

We owned both Type A and Type C motor homes prior to owning the JAYCO Jayfeather 25RB travel trailer, and we can say that our experience with the Jayfeather was much better by far. For us the affordability and the cost / benefit comparison favored the travel trailer by far; and this cost effectiveness, extends to maintenance and insurance costs, making it the more budget-friendly option for us. We feel the Jayfeather floorplan was much more practical and comfortable than we had with our prior motor homes. The kitchen configuration and the bench-style seating in the dining area was both efficient for meal preparation and dining. We also like the versatility of being able to unhitch the trailer and travel around town without being concerned about access and parking, making shopping and sightseeing more convenient.

We decided to purchase a Jayco versus other brands due to prior recommendations from others. We have been very happy until our bracket holding our awning started coming out of the side. We spent $400.00 to have it repaired. The RV service department said it was not connected to anything but the siding. No reimbursement from Jayco. Just want to let people know about this poor quality workmanship in case others experience the same.

We purchased the Jayco Greyhawk 27U in 2020. Our model was manufactured before the Covid quality issues began. Our experience has been 100% positive and we have had no need for any warranty or factory support. Having a king-size bed adds a dimension of comfort that is rare in an RV. I expected that driving an E-450 truck would be a challenge, but with the J-Plus suspension, it rides very smooth and handles well. The tow mode makes mountain driving easy. I work remotely and carry a mast with high-gain cellular antenna that allows me to have my video meetings for "almost" anywhere. We tow a 2002 Jeep Wrangler with a bike rack that carries two e-bikes and have been real happy with this RV.

This RV has been very enjoyable. The floor plan makes for a very livable unit for extended periods of time. The large bathroom with dual vanities works well for both getting ready in the morning. The unit has tons of storage. There is also an abundance of lighting options. The dual awnings gives you plenty of cover and shade. The reclining chairs have heat, massage and light features. Every thing a person needs to vacation and relax in style is found in this unit.

We have had several issues with our 3 year old camper. A few during our warranty which were never resolved and several after the warranty. It's poorly made with cheap materials. Our countertops are loose and yellow stains have appeared on our laminate floor and countertops because of the cheap glue they used. Windows are thin, and not engineered to be driving without a window breaking. Decals have bubbled, cracked and peeled off. I would not buy a Jayco again. I have seen 25 year old campers ( other brands of course) in better shape than our 3 year old Jayco.

Purchased this used in 2021 from single owner who purchased new in 2020 and only used 3 times and stored in their garage. Was excited to find ad wife liked the floor plan. We researched and thought we were buying a high quality RV. We were wrong as cabinet draws falling down on tracks due to lack of proper fastening holding tracks. Valences and curtain shades not properly fastened. Thetford toilet leaked at connection to black tank . When started to repair dropping the plastic corrugated underbelly cover was shocked to find that all wiring was laying loose on underbelly cover along with lots of food wrappers, screws, pieces of black plastic , loose water and propane lines. Heating duct work full of screws holes and tares from the under belly screws puncturing it when underbelly installed. Called Jayco about issues . Jayco was quick to let me know there was no warranty and I stated I knew that. Explained the findings in underbelly and sent photos. They had no comment and when asked for a wire diagram they stated they don’t have one and that they don’t know what wires go to what. There was a bare red wire exposed above the fresh water tank which was pinned between the frame and tank. They had no clue where it went. I disassembled and found it was just extra scrap wire someone most likely intentionally put there as there. When you pay over $40,0000 dollars for something you expect to receive a product that is safe, functional works and is of quality. Jayco bragging about their Amish workmanship a JOKE. Never buy a Jayco product unless you want lots of issues with workmanship and quality. Build quality is BAD!!!!!
