We enjoy the R/V for camping and getaways. When looking for a R/V we wanted something that had a door to be closed off to the bedroom for privacy. Another aspect we liked about this model is it did NOT have bunk beds. In this version the dining room table and couch fold out for extra beds. But it is most comfortable for two people. We made some modifications to the R/V such as replacing all the plastic factory fixtures and the bathroom door. We replaced the bathroom door with a accordion door, as the original could not be closed when using the foldout couch to accomodate guests. Overall a very good experience size wise and layout for us!

Loved the floor plan, one of the few toy hauler campers with recliners facing TV, we drove over 4 hours to purchase the camper. I knew I was in trouble when the factory didn't install one of the bathroom doors, but we were there, and dealer had a door, so we went ahead and purchased. The quality was all down hill from beginning- 1st year trimming falling off walls, the shower wasn't stalled correctly, the back cover for the garage unzipped twice and then never worked since. A majority of the seat legs do not stay up or down. The AC unit is directed straight at a side wall and sounds like a hurricane you are not able to watch TV without external speakers. Speaking of TV the installed cd player looks great, but only worked a few times. Forget using the internal phone chargers they are very slow chargers. The garage seats/bottom bed only lasted a couple seasons, we have to use boxes as support and one side the bracket already broke. As you can see from my post I am totally disappointed in this camper. I have a 2010 Jaco toy hauler that has been put through 4 young grandchildren that is in better shape than this 4 year old Torque. Just discovered that the tongue switch doesn't operate, and it has only been used a few times, since camper has been kept at a year-round campground. Buyer beware!!! Don't make any attempt to contact Manufacturer it is pointless

We bought our trailer in September of 2020 and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The floorplan was good use of the space available, with a private bunk room for our daughter's that allowed us to let them sleep while we were still up in the camper and a nice outdoor kitchen with a sink. Our only complaint was the small bathroom size, cramped but usable. The only maintenance issues we have had are a couple of loose plumbing connections on delivery and the forward a/c failed last year but that can happen on any camper. No leaks, delamination, or structural issues since and we have taken over 30 trips in the last four years. Been a great camper for us!

Do NOT buy a Heartland. We purchased a 2020 Heartland Mallard M27 to find out just outside of our warranty that we have had water leaking in since we owned it, possible even prior to purchase. We contacted the best RV mobile repair faculty to come out and access our damage, to be told that the manufacturer never sealed the windows on our slide. After contacting Heartland we were told that it was contractual that we were responsible for sealing our own windows. Wait what?!!!! So you didn’t seal our windows so it’s somehow our fault?!!! We have been ghosted completely and are now contacting our lawyer.

To start off with we have had multiple things wrong with this camper. It started with the shower, leaking the toilet leaking, and one of the cabinets put on upside down ,one cabinet hanging as though the hinge was not secured tightly enough, and when cabinet was opened, it would fall down, then upon observing under the camper, it was noticed it had no shocks on it.!! ( how did they miss this if it is inspected and passing all inspections before being sent out to be sold) Also, for part of the support under the camper, one of the railings was not long enough so a board and screws were placed to make it long enough to secure to the frame. This I could not believe.!! I felt like I had a camper Built back in the woods . When looking at the camper to purchase it, we noticed the slide out did not go all the way in we were told that that was as far as the slide out went in. I guess we should’ve questioned that at the time, but we didn’t our mistake. Because now we have it at a camp world because the black tank fell off of its lip and was hanging under the camper and we had a torn place in the linoleum. When they went to repair the linoleum they noticed 6 foot of flooring rotted out due to the slide out, not going all the way in and rotting the floor . This is the biggy!!! Heartland has twice sent linoleum to camp world and it’s being the wrong color both times! They were even sent a picture of the linoleum that’s in the camper to match it, but for some reason someone who is color blind because they can’t seemto send the right color. This will be the third time camp world has had to request The linoleum I’m not upset with camp world because they are doing their best but as far as heartland I am very disappointed . Our camper has been at camp world since the middle of November 2022 and today is March 27th 2023 and we are still waiting for heartland to send the RIGHT linoleum. We had rented a camping spot in Daytona Beach for a year. And have not been able to go back down there since middle of November 2022. Wish I could make heartland pay me back some of the money he has cost me to still be waiting on them to send the RIGHT linoleum.

Wow. I really don’t know where to begin. My husband and I bought this camper in June of 2020 and it’s been a nightmare ever since. From multiple things leaking, to walls coming apart and just way too much to type. It’s spent more time at camping world getting fixed than we have used it. I would NEVER recommend this brand to anyone. Not to mention the customer support was absolutely terrible from many people at the company and didn’t give a damn that we spent so much money on something for it to be such a piece of crap and offer absolutely no help with any of the issues we continue to have. We will be selling and getting another camper asap. We have spent thousands out of pocket plus using our insurance to get things fixed and every time we camp something else is wrong with this POS!!! DO NOT BUY.

Do not buy a Heartland!!! Out of the 2 years we have owned it we have only been able to use is four times. The rest of the time it has been in the shop. First time we had a list of over 40 items to be fixed. Second time over 30 and every major system had to be replaced (Fridge had to be replaced spoiled our food, inverter burned up and burned wiring, gas regulator leaked both tanks of gas, cabinet door hinge fixed for the second time still not right and I could go on . Third time the hydraulic hoses rubbed a hole and all the insulation was soaked with fluid, jacks had to be replaced and I could go on and on. Now the fridge has problems again won't run on electric only gas. Every system has been replaced some multiple. Replaced stove, oven, fireplace 2xs, slide alignment, water suctioned out of the overflow, dyson vacuum 4 x s, dresser. Its a piece of junk! Now we are being told it is only worth half of what we owe on it. Nothing good to report.
