We own the Tiffin Allegro Red 37 PA 2019 and have enjoyed it so much. We bought her from the first owners. We’ve traveled for 2 and 1/2 years and have loved having the comforts of home. We took out the rv sofa and recliner out and put in a beautiful leather sofa recliner and matching electric recliner..Across from the sofa is the dining table with beautiful upholstery chairs, along with a 42” tv televator and computer work station. The kitchen has a long window over the sink with electric shades. Next is the residential refrigerator side by side with third door complete with ice machine and water dispenser inside. The bathroom is large with his and her sinks. Next is the master bedroom complete with tv, and large closet and washer and dryer. This rig is as close to being at home as you get. She’s up for sale as my husband thinks we need to stay home. Optional is a matching Jeep Gladiator complete with air brakes. You will love this motorhome!

After driving a fleetwood class c, we were looking to upgrade. All the reviews I read, said tiffin was the best, for our price range (around $250k). I will NEVER buy a tiffin again. Everything breaks on this thing. I won’t even list it all, there’s too much. Just now, the sliding door, covering the shelves in the back, just splintered apart, after we drove over a curb. We’ve had this for not even 3 years, already replaced the frig, side mirrors don’t work, material coming off the door, had the passenger chair replaced due to cracking in the vinyl, it’s starting to again, paint chipping off the front outside trim. Seriously, this thing is a lemon! And our dealership (Mike Thompson RV) is a joke. Charged us to fix the drawer latches (that keep breaking), only to find out they didn’t actually do it. Installed the new frig, but didn’t put any door locks on it, so it slams into the bathroom door. We had to duct tape it! They’ll keep it for a month before they even start to work on it!

We purchased this RV new in 2019. We traveled throughout the USA since then. Warranty work was done after the purchase on a number of areas, but the work done in Red bay and anything else that was needed and worked on locally by a Qualified mechanic was all done with professional feedback. I was also impressed by how service techs I would call spend whatever time necessary with me( I'm not a mechanic) to resolve whatever issue I may have. We have loved our time with this RV but will be selling it soon since our travel will change going forward international

The used chewing gum and bailing wire to put it together. Took coach to FMCA Minot rally. The Tiffin head of Customer Service was there. Spoke with him directly, 3 times. He declined to take a few minutes to come and look at our issues. Dealership keep the coach for 8 weeks during the summer travel time, and did nothing. Waiting for parts, they told me. We sold it this past August. Scared to take it on the road. Took a $70,000.00 value hit, but glad to get it gone. Never again to acquire a Tiffin unit.

After much research I chose a Tiffin class A. I was sadly mistaken with the enchanted theory that Tiffin is a GOOD quality rv. In less than a year the passenger side of RV has begun to separate permitting water to leak in. Tiffin's opinion, re chalking should have occurred. Wrong, their warranty with dealer concurring warranties this for 90day beyond that it is maintenance. So an RV B Young TV accepted from tiffin was not confirmed as being of quality and I the Consumer who opted for to not climb on roof during walk through delivary after dealer assured me it was dangerous to climb on roof and they inspected in my be half. Warning, DONT trust dealer OR Tiffin. Next falling ap part inside of 9 months, rig has flooded three ti.es when topping off water. This also contributed to rusting of basement area. A couple was broken in wall. Electrical short blowing out front windshield fan and nearly catching fire. Thank you Tiffin for the fire extingquisher. Toilet flap broken, no part available. Freezer stopped working and whirlpool kindly pointed out if e print, WARRANTY VOID if installed in rv! Radio/map shorted 6 ti.es, again we r becoming very proficient in th at extingquisher. LP gauge leaking gas. Carpet began to streak loosing color. Left side camera wont stop flipping, apparently this is described as NOormal. Apparently learning to track flipping views on a screen is possibly a skill to include in rv driving training. Smart TVs are not so smart, one out of 4 can't connect to internet, one can connect to Hopper, motion satelite lasts 5 min or less, internet boost does absolute NOTHING. Dealer unable to repair any time sooner that 4 to 8 months each event. Odd they r considered a front runner for TIFFIN. Attention to the word Run is the only relevancy. Shame on you Tiffin for implying you sell a quality RV. Your so called manager Reps match your false claims of family owned quality rv, consideration, conscientious rv builders, blah, blah, blah, try actually providing 1/100 of your claim for starters.
