Love my camper my 2 kids do to,have few small issues kz needs to rethink had left tandem blow out it blowed black mesh insulation out ac grounds need to relocate grounds,finder skirts side skirting but biggest damage blowed my converter an breakers,fuse panel into a million pieces need to relocate electrical controls else where, table counter bathroom tops still pilling off since bought couch started pilling brown top coat off I take excellent care of my RV still smells new inside,been waiting 111 days today for repairs me an kids missed our hole summer of camping disappoint Show less

This has been a mess since our first trip. Leaking windows, poor build quality, bad awning, poor holding tank ventilation, cracked pieces of wood supporting lower bunk, broken pull out roller supports… Warranty work has been terrible. Now all of the exterior stickers are bubbling off. Run away fromKZ! Show less

This has been a dream trailer! Plenty of room for kids and grandkids and all of their “stuff”. This is the first trailer we have owned where we could store all of our food in cabinets without having to overflow into totes. The kitchen is set up nicely and we added a rolling butcher block top cart which has been fantastic. Bottom line: this is a great trailer for families. Show less

I am the second owner bought a year ago from oringinal owner who had it parked in a space for the prevous year. Upon purchase i have used the trailer 4 times pulling with my 1/2 ton Silverado pulls nice and is easy to set up. Opening new Business so dont have time to travel is only reason for selling this Travel Trailer. Trailer is in like new condition very little use as you can see in pictures Show less

I regret purchasing this unit and the supposed (expensive) extra warranty. The unit is very cheaply made We have had nothing but issues with leaking, even with the proper maintenance, table and counter top material pealing, skylights are faulty, shower floor feels like it will cave in at any time, shower walls bowed out ect.. Tried going through the company where it was purchased, they cant help. We tried to go through our extended warranty and have been denied mind you we paid thousands of dollars for our extended warranty! The purchasing company came to look at the issue's and they can only direct us to KZ customer service which has gotten us nowhere. I have spoke to professionals in the business and they have told us that the year after ours, they started caulking differently/better due to all of the water/leaking issues with previous models 2019 and under. I advise anyone looking to purchase this model BUYER BEWARE !!! Show less

Everything breaks on this camper and the manufacturer takes absolutely no responsibility for their product. Please save yourself the headache and go with a different brand. My 2019 model had a water leak that required a floor replacement, a broken hot water heater, and an axle/break issue that made me almost lose control on the freeway which ended with a fire. No it was not maintenance related! After all that, the manufacture treated me with no respect. I was absolutely astonished how poorly they treat their customers. They could not even bring themselves to say something simple like, "I'm sorry that happened to you". I only got rude confirmation that it's not their issue and they will take no accountability. If you are looking for a reliable camper. It's not this one. Please spend your money elsewhere. I wish I would have. Show less

Where do I begin, the black tank flush never worked and after 1 year I called after the camping season because I didn’t want to be without it during camping season. Waited till spring because of Covid-19 and the dealer made us pay $50 to fix it. Not only that was bad quality off the get go. Underneath was rusting in places right away. The poor quality doesn’t stop there. The water pump was always loud and I looked it was missing screws holding it down. And now the best. Noticed wallpaper bubbling and wall feeling spongy. Above that wall the skylight above the shower. Well has like 6 cracks in skylight caused water damage inside probably with mold growing. KZ won’t stand behind their product told us it’s on us sorry. I told them a skylight shouldn’t crack in 2 years. The extended warranty from vacationland in big rock Illinois I was told won’t cover it either. Very disappointed at dealer too. They told us sorry it pretty much only covers electrical. Don’t buy from them or any KZ products Show less

I bought one on 1/26/19.the biggest mistake ever.it has been in the shop work on 5 times.thr awing the hot water heater the plumbing.i haven't took it any where that things with it has gone wrong.the company that makes it had done terrible workmanship every.and the camper it self comes apart in your hands.shame on this company.for ripping me off.please don't buy anything from them you will be like me.wishing you never have Show less

Stay away from escape mini I brought 2019 escape and it hasn't been nothing but trouble.it been work on more than I have had a chance to enjoy it.5 times on the awing.by the way camper in in mocksville has had it 2 weeks.and I found out today.they got the arms but no motor.they don't know when it will be fix.pumpling 2 hot water heater 2.it is so bad that I'm planning on let it be repo.i hate to f up my criet.but I'm tried of paying for a camper that I can't use. The RV is great if you have children with two full sized bunk beads in the back and the upgraded A/C system that cools down the RV within 30 minutes. The floor plan is perfect and just enough room for a family to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The outdoor gas stovetop and electric fridge help bring the living quarters to the outside with a clean retractable awning. The rear of the camper has a storage rack for the coolers and extra curricular activities you may enjoy. Show less
