2019 Jayco 5th Wheel reviews

I bought this one used and found a few things that have troubled me since I took delivery... 1. 14 bolts missing to hold front frame to chassis... 2. no camber on the curb side main rail... 3. Screws going through side walls with no caulk or sealant leaking... 4.Screws holding the drip edge on were drywall screws, no caulking or sealant coving them so water will get in... I was at the Tampa RV Show and spoke with the Eastern Reginal Sales Manager Martin Seneca sent him pictures and when he found out I was a second owner there was no more contact other than to tell me the warranty isn't transferable... Tons of storage! Two pass thru storage area plus another side compartment and a mini toy hauler. Perfect for a golf cart, motorcycle and more! Kitchen has two large panties, a very nice bar area and a nice appliance area with storage below. The fireplace is wonderful for ambiance or heat. There are two sofas and two stadium seats for plenty of seating. The stadium seats have heat and massage. The living room also has two curio cabinets, and stereo system. Two large awnings outside. The bedroom has plenty of storage. Show less

My first 5th wheel and I am blessed to have found this one, I looked for a year and a half then this one came on line it had a few minor flaws from the first owner who didn't know how to tow a 5th wheel which I fixed in the first few weeks I had the rig... I started by putting lots of upgrades on her like slide-out awnings, new LIPPERT 3.0 Self-leveling system which took the quest work out of leveling and a bunch of other personal touches to make it our own my wife was all for purchasing the 5th wheel the colors and interior cabinets were light colored which really made the sale, we have had it for 2.5 years and we have enjoyed every minute of camping with her... Worst investment we've ever done! Paid $76,000 brand new and thank God we bought the extended warranty! Even though some of the things that needed to be fixed should have been under the warranty! So, after a new water heater, 2 refrigerators and another cooling unit with outside damage to the refrigerator and wood work will being repaired. A stove top replacement, oven replacement, new lighting under the outside awning, trim repair staples popping out of the walls, 3 couches, 2 theater seating, bathroom counter replacement due to poor caulking job and after the counter was replaced, the caulking let go again and has lifted the counter where the faucet is which now has pushed the back board up so now that bubbles out. Stripped screws on the steps going upstairs and cupboard doors, worpped bathroom cupboard door, trim on the slide outs had bad rivets so the trim bent going down the road. Nails popping out o the walls, outsider steps rusting at the top already, rubber striping underneath these steps peeled away leaving black sticky marks all over. I'm not sure if all the new campers are being made with really poor quality but I highly recommend that you stay away from Jayco and this unit. Heating and cooling is terrible, my old 2001 Thor still does better today than this one. Funny part is one of the guys at the dealership said to me that these weren't made to travel so much!! Really! We travel twice a year with it, WI to AZ and back. All I can say is STAY AWAY FROM JAYCO! Do your research if you plan to do a lot of traveling or full-time RVing. Show less

We love our Jayco Northpoint. We had the Forrest river Nitro but traded due to so many issues. The Northpoint 5th wheel is absolutely amazing. We have had this model for 2 years now and we have had zero issues. Our issues have been with camping world. We will never buy another thing from them. Front living is the best! Full size appliances work great, all 6 slides work with no issues, bedroom is spacious and plenty of storage! If you are looking for full-time living, look no further! The trailer is in excellent conditioner light colors and large windows with lots of light coming in. Love the island with the sink in the island. 4 burner stove with oven and microwave above stove. Lots and lots of storage. Show less

This Pinnacle is the third Jayco RV that we have purchased all from the same dealer and the same salesman. We purchased because of the 2 year warranty and the dealership is local. We had some warranty work and replacement of items that were not made by Jayco. The sail switch for the furnace was replaced under warranty. We have towed the 5th wheel to Colorado and on up to Montana and back with no towing issues at all. My wife has even been driving for some of the time. We have stored the 5th wheel the last two summers while working in Montana. My employer paid the hotel expenses and it was financially better to leave it in storage while working. We full time during the winter months in north east Oklahoma in the Pinnacle. We have made use of the warranty with replacement of the Theater Recliners, Furrion fireplace and Microwave/convection oven. We had a few minor water leaks in the first few months but just a little tightening of the fittings at the faucets. The width Show less

2019 Jayco 317RLOK in farmhouse white has been a great 5th wheel. Very comfortable floor plan. Dual awnings, Outdoor kitchen with Tv make it very nice outside. MorRyde hitch pin make towing a pleasure. Large Tv with surround sound and fireplace make nights relaxing. We are only selling to down size. This unit is ready for your enjoyment. Show less

Absolutely LOVE my Jayco Pinnacle...this rig has more room than can be used, its a home on wheels with all the wanted comforts! If theres one thing i will miss is the AMAZING residential fridge that has the BEST ice crusher EVER. i love everything about this 5th wheel, from the ice maker to the awesome theater seats to the cozy fireplace! excellent craftsmanship ya cant go wrong with a JAYCO, this is our 3rd one, we just kept going bigger! We absolutely love this unit. I can't imagine a better floor plan for us. Everything about this campers it thought through. The fit and finish are great. Everything is solid. We love the ducted air systems. I can't say enough great things about this camper. Of course, it helps to have a great dealer also. Every camper I have ever owned needed some service work and as with any brand new camper there were a couple of trips back to the dealer for occasional repair. Fatheads Rapids RV in Wi Rapids, Wi have been awesome. They worked directly with the factory to work out a couple of bugs with one of the mechanical slide systems. It is all great now! Show less
