It was the perfect size for us and I often called it "the most and the least amount of trailer we could ever want at the same time." At 23 feet, it is still small enough to get into more rustic campgrounds and beautiful boondocking sites and navigate a McDonald's parking lot. This model had plenty of storage areas, too. But it was just small enough that I couldn't quite imagine living in the trailer all the time. We took it on a 10-week cross-country camping trip and it was the best summer of our lives.

We just spent another $2200 removing the pealing decals. I have already reinvested $1550 in decals, we are done. Be careful if buy a Gulf Stream check the dates on the tires, our unit a 2019 had 2009 tires. Also I suggest you have the dealer or go to a tire place and upgrade highest grade, the low quality investment on tires is worth the upgrade. I upgraded speakers inside, hvac is loud so needed more than a tv speaker. We have a had a good experience outside what I have said, love the unit.

The design of this RV sucks. First of all, in cold weather, even with all possible precaution that can be taken, it freezes up. that would be because the water pipes go from inside, outside to an outdoor kitchen, then back inside to the bathroom and kitchen. There is no heat tape or heating of any kind on the pipes or the 3 tanks, which just hang down under the camper. I am sitting here in 30 degree weather with everything froze up, even though I have the interior heater set at 67 degrees. The window frames all radiate the cold inside, and even with plastic covering them, it is still cold inside. There is no storage for food, plates, or clothing. I had to cut a hold in the closet area of the bedroom just to have a place to put my alarm clock, CPAP machine, a fan, and other stuff. The good side is that the bunk area has a gaming table, and it is a good place to set up a computer. The slide area, that is where the most seating area is, has no outlets to plug things in. So you have to get up and go to get your phone if it needs top be plugged in. But it does pull extremely well! For the length of trailer, I had absolutely no problems pulling it where I need to. It does go through a lot of propane (about 60 gallons a month) with heating to 67 degrees and cooking Mac and Cheese or similar every night. The company needs to do some serious work to improve its product!

Our 2019 gulf stream 36FRSG . With constant up keep our roof is pourus and needs a new film, fridge needed to he replace after year and half, power box supply converter box for the entire camper needs to be replaced after 3 years(final straw), our awning broke after a year with extra support, and our AC burnt after two years of use(was pouring smoke, it also wasnt over worked it was aided by a 12000btu ac). We had 1992 Thor corsair before this all original everything, we replaced it because it needed a little work, AC needed replacing and the roof needed a new film. But now I regret getting rid of it and buying this thing, because I now have to fix all the same issues plus all new more expensive ones. Review summary this new camper is garbage.

I have had problems with this trailer from the start. It is touted as a four season trailer.. I specifically asked if it would stand up to a Jackson, Wyoming winter. I'm not convinced it would stand up to a Jackson, Mississippi winter. I had trouble with the slide as soon as the temperature dropped believe 40. Usually it would deploy after several tries but it failed completely in freezing temperatures. In addition, the emergency crank wasn't long enough to reach the attachment point. Local RV repair shops wouldn't even look at it because they said they knew from experience they wouldn't get paid.. Gulf Stream's solution was to haul it to the nearest dealer in Salt Lake City. On the next trip to Jackson the heater failed. I was not able to boondock as I had planned so the trip cost a lot more than I anticipated. I paid out of pocket to have RV repairmen try to fix the heater to no avail. The additional expense wiped me out. Again, the suggested solution was Salt Lake City. I decided to head home and have it fixed in Buffalo, NY. The Gul Stream dealerships in Buffalo wouldn't even set an appointment. I've had to take it back to where I bought it. Other problems are minor when compared to the slide failing at 10 degrees and the heater failing at 35. I've had a steady drip with the bathroom faucet and the pipe leading from the black water tank. Lastly, I did some minor damage to the exterior when I bumped things in some tight spots. It took two months for Gulf Stream to respond with prices to replacement parts. Over all I'd have to say that this camper has been quite a disappointment.

The Vintage Cruiser 19MBS Travel Trailer was truly our home on wheels. The moment we saw it, we knew that this would be the RV for us. Although many RV's have similar options, layouts, etc. . . The Vintage look and woody interior gave the RV a very livable and home-like feel. We still shopped around to see other RV brands, but most of them felt quite antiseptic. When you are stuck in a relatively small space, it is important to have the right feeling. There will be days when it is pouring rain, or freezing cold. We almost looked forward to these days as we remained comfortable and content inside our 19 MBS. The Murphy bed option allows for a much roomier interior when the bed is up. We also found that the tank capacities were quite generous allowing us to live off-grid for days at a time without running out of propane of water. (double propane tanks, large water capacity, and we upgraded to 2 batteries) For a lightweight RV that can be towed by a mid-size SUV or small truck, you can't beat the interior space and features. For the price point, I would highly recommend this model RV.
