We have had this since new, bought at general rv in Tampa. After we bought it and were getting a walk through. The wind blew the the retraction arm of the door. That took a month to fix. Then after a few trips the front section of the driver side slide started causing trouble. So three trips later to lazy days in Tampa to get it fixed. The last time they had to talk to fleetwood just before the warranty expired. They had to remove the slide to fix it. Then the pandemic hit and there was a recall on the hydrolics for the rv. It was 4 months before they could look at it. Then 2-3 weeks for approval and parts. So this I our first trip in almost 3 years. Now when the slide is extended and you look down behind the couch you can see light. By far the worst rv we have ever had. We bought this on the reputation of fleetwood products. Now the tv’s don’t work correctly and the slide is still messed up are the floor is getting tore up. Fleetwood has not been willing to fix any of these continuing problem as the warranty was up after they pulled the slide out to fix the front mount. Never again, back to open range trailer for me except I have to pay this off first. For the kind of money and the fleetwood reputation, this was a really bad choice. Open Range you listening!

My wife and I own a 2019 38F and well fell in love with the floor plan, it is perfect for our needs. We previously owned a 2013 Fleetwood Excursion 35B and we out grew it once we became full timers. There's not a lot of wasted space in this coach and we've managed to make use of every available space. Now for the down side.... Getting access to the basement compartments can be tricky at times due to them being located directly underneath the slides, it's a tight fit for the front compartments just behind the front axels.. One of the T.V.'s went out after only two years, I know it happens...... The aqua-hot system failed once and we had it repaired. The Awning motor also broke and that too was repaired. The material on the captains chairs and the sofa could be better. Like any other coach people purchase you must expect some type of issues or repairs. We love our coach and have taken to 14 different States and currently have 20K miles on her. If I had to do it again I would still purchase this coach. The manufactures warranty is was only 12months I like it should be at least 2 years in my humble opinion. The reps were amazing at Fleetwood (REV Group) and were quite helpful every time we called them. I highly recommend that an extended warranty be purchased they are usually about 6k for a 4 to 5 year platinum coverage.. If you are new to the RV purchase world just remember this... IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU PURCHASE A MILLION DOLLAR COACH OR A 50K PULL BEHIND YOUR GOING TO HAVE ISSUE/BUGS. The quality control is almost non existent they pump them out and worry about warranty work later, this goes to any and all manufactures.

I purchased my 2019 Fleetwood Flair 30P, lightly used with 3,000 miles on it at the end of 2020, came with full factory warranty, after one season of traveling and camping, we did have some issues, this model needs two air conditions for temps above 100 degrees outside. The dash came loose and would bounce whenever you hit a bump on the freeway. My refrigerator stopped working. Our slide outs (2) both had rollers that stuck while coming out and ripped the flooring back, the carpet in the driver and passenger area was falling apart cheap stuff, and the door handle and locking tumbler mechanism broke, locking us out of our motorhome. I had to replace the two house batteries already, not sure what that’s about, but it will be checked. It is currently in the shop on a 3 month warranty issue repair for the items listed above. I am being told just about every thing is covered, I did purchase an extended 7 year warranty so I don’t expect I would need to pay a dime, except for the oil changes for regular maintenance items. Overall my motorhome performs fairly well in drivability and comfort. I think the factory can upgrade the steering system and stabilizing system for the price you pay for these things. After all, it’s a safety concern for most new owner operators, who usually purchase this type of class A motorhome. This is my second motorhome we have owned, our first was much smaller than this.

I'd for sure rent one in the future though.

Love the layout, but issues with quality and workmanship. due to screws randomly falling out by the slide. One tore the floor so the entire flooring had to be replaced, got it fixed and covered under manufacture warranty after 6 weeks of back and forth to do so, but then don't you know it- after we took it out a couple more times, another screw fell out. We bought it brand new, but if it's not dependable and in the shop it does not make me a happy customer

Love the layout, storage, residential refrigerator, size of the dinette, color scheme, size of the shower and washer and dryer. Dislike carry capacity, over all quality, uncomfortable furniture, lack of access to ice maker cut off valve, poorly written owners manual, drawer latches, toilet built for people over 6'3" tall and weights less than 150lbs, TPO roof, bedside tables are small, master control centers is over the door well making them hard to reach, difficult to read and not labeled well and really small black water tank. We have had a lot of warranty issues and difficulties getting parts from Fleetwood and reliable service from the dealership. I would not recommend purchasing a Fleetwood product based on the problems we have had.
