Starting with POP RV ads on their website and other RV sales sites, POP RV was very deceptive.. The RV salesman in Michigan was Brad from Team Vincent (Bradley & Kristy), at teamvincent@popsells... After the closing on our motorhome I emailed Brad to ask him for the keyless entry code, since I'm in New Mexico and the motorhome is in Holly, Michigan.. Here is Brads response after closing, ""I'm sorry to say that when the seller accepted his advertisement he did not uncheck that the unit does not have keyless entry. I apologize for this hiccup."" So now I wonder what else might be incorrect in their listing??
The closing agent at POP RVs was Tracy Howard, she also screwed up big time, I told her from the beginning to use my name and member of LLC.. She only used my name, which means I'll have a big hassle sending paperwork back and forth to be changed and notarized.. I wish I never did business with this incompetent company POP RVs... SUCKS!!
Brad has never responded since I found his deception..
Update: Tracy Howard the closing agent has corrected the paperwork, which will alleviate any future problems with our LLC.

Our 36' Fleetwood Southwind blew a motor while on vacation so this unit was, we thought, an acceptable "new home" for us. We're in out 70 and the king bed, while spacious, is an absolute nightmare to change the sheets. Takes both of us and some man-handling! Closets are small Small side of closet is wider than the full length. French pantry is great. No problems other than magnet misalignment to access behind storage. You need a child-proof lock to keep cabinet closed during travel. We hate the sofa. It's uncomfortable and the L-end disconnects during travel even after latching repeatedly. The dinette pleater is delaminating and looks terrible. The kitchen is nicely appointed and we always wonder what we should do with the stove and sink covers. The overall ride is good and towing is a dream. Storage down under is ok but battery compartment is not easily accessible .

Purchased a new HR Endeavor 40E March 2018. We have had a lot of wiring problems, electrical and AV, with the coach, problems with the radio and GPS system. We purchased an extended warranty which has helped to a degree, however these items are factory defects and should have been completely under warranty. After one year the cushions on the sofa began stitching pulling out of design crease. After two years leather began peeling off sofa in the creases. Called HR and they said not their problem, called the sofa manufacturer and they said I was on my own. You would expect from a coach of this price and supposed quality that I would be able to get some
assistance or full replacement. This is my third coach the previous two were Winnebego and had none of these problems. I saw this same problem in a one year New Mar in 2015 so it seems it has been going on for awhile. Can't understand why REV Group continus to put inferior products in their coaches.

We purchased this awesome coach from the original owners. They owned it a short time but made numerous trips to central Florida from their home in NJ. We searched high and low for this type of floor plan. We wanted maximum room inside and maximum storage. This coach has it all. The woodwork and cabinetry is suburb.
We have owned this now for nearly three years and have traveled almost 20K miles and not one single problem. We flat tow our Jeep and even in the mountains of the west coast, she pulls up the hills with no issues. We pass the semi's all the time.
The rear bath is spacious with a very large shower. Since i am almost 6ft 2" tall I like a big shower!
The floor plan is great. There is storage everywhere! Huge pantry, large fridge and freezer. and plenty of room for all the groceries. We absolutely love this coach. Why pay for an over priced name when this coach is just as luxurious and at a fraction of the costs.
You still get an awesome Freightliner chassis that the industry standard for all the big trucks, and you get the name brand 380 hp Cummins diesel engine.. It just does not get better. 380HP is more than enough for this coach. Its not under powered and not over powered. More HP just uses more fuel and cost more to fill up at the pumps!
If you have a small family or its just the two of you, this is your perfect coach.

This is a great RV! Drives like a dream, Entertainment all over the place, comfortable and reliable, you can trust this machine to deliver your party safely and then house them in great style. It sleeps 8 comfortably and the layout facilitates everyone’s comfort. There is plenty of entertainment, three TVs (all HD) surround sound and satellite for both radio and RV add to the fun. It drives well, up and over mountains that would leave most machines gasping for air.

Purchased the 34S for our retirement travels across country. We experienced a few small issues which the dealer quickly and effectively resolved following our "shake down outing. On one trip we spent 5-1/2 months on the road finding the layout spacious and comfortable. The F53 Chassis performed as specified and without incident as we placed 9,500 plus miles on the coach on just this one trip. We look forward to many more miles and trips!
