We bought this rig with the Idea of traveling south for the winters as we look for a permanent place to land as Snowbirds. This particular model is great for a couple, Or even a guest or two. We enjoy the theater seats across from the 50" TV that elevates from behind the beautiful fireplace. As this has apposing slide outs the living area is a shock to most as they enter, amazed by the wide openness of combined kitchen, dining, & living area. And then to see an RV with a KING BED with room to actually make the bed. Now to travel in this rig is a pleasure compared to our experience in a band new class A, that let's just say we had to Lemon Law and won our case! Anyway, the ride now is much smoother as we are now on-air bags in the rear, air ride in the seats and yes if you need to stop fast you have air brakes too. And also a jake brake type of deceleration that is adjustable. I love it. Just wish I was younger lol.

I purchased this RV used with 4,300 miles on it. Had a 35 foot Class A for 20 years previously. Sold the Class A and purchased this 2 years later. Wanted some thing small enough to camp in National Parks and do a little boondocking. Big enough water, grey and blackwater tanks to camp for several days. Very easy to drive, plenty of power and can tow up to 7,500 pounds. Just the right size for 2 people.

This has been the worst purchase we have ever made. We have owned our Isata 3 for 3 months and have yet to be able to use it. The generator doesn’t run, the slide doesn’t work properly, the awning is falling off, and these are just the large issues. There seems to be no quality control at Dynamax. Additionally the experience at the dealer has been less than stellar. Lazy Days has not found one issue during what they say is an extensive check list that they go through before delivery. They continue to deliver the unit to us with multiple problems that we then have to identify and then return the unit back to their service department. There is no communication or interest from either Dynamax or Lazy Days to resolve a very unhappy customers concerns.

Personally, I love this motor home. We only had the chance to use it one season (last year) and though traveling / driving this motor home is 10 times better than the Winnebago Sightseer 36Z we had. We had to give it up. My wife has had a neck ingery and I'm not sure what hurts her the most, the bouncy / rough ride = normal to better than most, or the fact that I tend to drive like Dale Earnhardt Sr. Lead, Follow or get out of the way!!! Yes, I know not a good Idea, but it Dose cruise along very well at 80mph (over the speed limit). I have slowed down to just the limit or 5 over on a great road and even 5 mph under if the traffic is bad or road bumpy. But the STRESS of travelling through the cities bumper to bumper traffic has gotten to my wifes neck so bad we can't do it any longer, so we are selling it! So as to why it is better than most. It's a Dynamax. It is a TRUCK and a good one at that. Unlike the Seneca's

Like: 1. Solar panels (need more) 2. 1000 watt inverter (need more) 3. Tankless water heater (finally got the switch to work properly). 4. Flooring Don't Like: 1. Very poor workmanship. 2. Camera cover fell off due to poor installation. 3. Furnace broke during installation. 4. Shower door/curtain off track at bottom. 5. TV mounted on fixed mount (I changed for swing out). 6. Had to engineer my own way to keep drawers closed. 7. Front end should have been realigned due to the heavy load. Wore out tire quickly. 8. Flip up counter slopes and not level with the main counter. 9. Tore my pants on metal trim around the entry steps. 10. Wipers worn out due to years taken to build camper on MB Sprinter. 11. Had to bend latches on storage bins to secure doors. 12. Wiring bundled up and hidden under chassis. 13. No real diagrams for anything except for individual product literature. 14. Split bed. Put a 4" gel mattress on it. 15. Roof leaks occasionally. Can't find it. 16. Rear wheels are recessed too much, makes vehicle unstable. 17. Drives and sounds like a banging U-Haul truck. 18. Needs real oven instead of convection oven.

After owning 10 different R V in my life this R V is the worst by far with service, and (warranty), My first shower was after 18000 KM Faulty on demand water heater. Sewer hose does not fit in sewer storage pipe ,Too long, propane outlet not bolted to frame , towel hanging in sink ,too low,one T V and microwave never worked, sewer pull lines too long, cant pull to open.Push out keeps dying when pushing out.the GPS has everything but what a camper really neads, Took me 20000 km to find campgrounds, The GPS in this unit is a piece of shxx, Unit never was cleaned under pushout ledge, wire ,insulating pieces dust chips etc.I have to say they installed good quality produces. but very poor workmanship and no quality control. Forest River warranty almost useless Dealer was almost the same, still waiting for information on inverter from dealer manager. I fixed all factory screwups. as dealer is 2600 miles away

One of the most comfortable and easiest RV's to drive and plenty of storage. Designed with lots of extra details like extra lighting, remotes for vents and A/C and furnace, side-open outdoor storage doors, touch screen with bluetooth command center and cedar closets that you only get in the large and expensive buses. This one is small enough to go to any national or state park but the slide makes it very roomy while you are parked. Can reach bathroom and kitchen with the slide in while traveling. All high end options at a good price. Excellent customer service provided by Dynamax. Would buy it again.

This RV has numerous things that make it outstanding. The single most thing I liked is the outstanding quality that is built into it. Any RV that you buy will have a few small things that are missed at the factory, but after those are fixed by the warranty and dealer service and the oach continues to operate flawlessly into the future. Of course the owner must maintain it as recommended. But I have driven over 30000 miles in 2 years of flawless service. Another thing I especially liked ws the fuel mileage double what a gas engine d coach got, 14 -19 mpg. Well setup for 2 persons to enjoy also.

We picked up new 2018 Isata 5, in April. We planned to stay close to home and the dealer the first year because we knew there would be some issues with the motor home. All in all, our first year was pretty good. We had a leak at the shower base, eating area screens not fit securely, eating area shade not installed correctly, soft close drawers not working well, plus some cosmetic fixes needed. However, one major problem existed. The Wineguard satellite system was miswired by factory. The bedroom tv would not communicate with front tv as is it supposed to do. We were not able to use DTV on front tv for the season.Rear tv worked fine. Since we are weekend campers, these items were manageable for the first year understanding full well that the 2 yr warranty would handle them. The real test is the dealership that handles the fixes, ours turned out to have a change in technicians and repair quality suffered. Not mfg fault, except for tv problem. Dynamax was always there to help out and did manage to rectify the tv problem. This year we had some new issues, cracked front leveler(the rod broke through the foot pad. Fortunately we were able to find a substitute foot pad at a local service center, so our 2nd season was not interrupted by by down time. Good stuff; Ram 5500 is a dream. Coach handles like a big SUV according to husband. For 73 yr old newbies, this means a lot. Things I love; macerating toilet, sewer line flush, wall mounted tablet, instant hot water, king sized bed, Onan generator, residential refrigerator, convection/microwave oven, well insulated, very quiet. We know mechanical things can break, especially with road vibration. You’ve got to be realistic, adaptable, and keep a sense of humor when RVing. Oh yes, be sure to be handy and get an extended warranty. We love our Isata 5.
