I purchased this fifth wheel last fall and not have been able to try it out yet. Had to rate in order to submit. This is why the livability, overall quality and factory warranty/support are rated low. However the first thing I have learned about this model is that the king pin sets to far back. I have a 2016 f350 long bed that has the factory puck system and I have a reese 27k fifth wheel hitch. I cannot back and latch onto the king pin before having to stop and close the tailgate because the tailgate would hit the camper. I have talked with the dealer and reese about this issue. Both have told me this is a manufacture issue and I am not the only person that has inquired about it. Reese has suggested a wind gate but I'm not wanting to loose my back up camera so stuck with what Ive got. Maybe this would not be a problem with a shortbed truck? Really hoping they have payed more attention to detail in the building of the unit itself.

4 years old and unliveable, seals around the slide have apparently leaked from the day I bought it, black mould in the shower. The bathroom floor is like walking on a sponge, around the table area floor is gone or going, and in the bedroom floor is bad. Was unaware of the problem , due to the fact trailer has been parked due to Covid. Insurance won't cover it , and I only have coverage on the furnace , stove, and fridge, and hot water tank. Technically I have a giant paper weight.

UPSIDE: The wife and I love the outside kitchen, the easy under 4500 pound light weight towing for our half ton truck and the efficient layout. DOWNSIDE: About 6 months after purchasing our new Rv, in Huntsville Alabama, we noticed multiple serious cracks in the door so we took it back repeatedly to only receive the “parts are on back order” excuse until the warranty expired. More things than that have broken down but why mention it when a warranty is not honored. Summary: We are looking to buy a bigger Rv but it will not be a crossroads Rv (nor a Keystone because Crossroads sunset trail models are manufactured by Keystone) unless the parts magically show up from the black hole they are in. BTW- My neighbor bought a Rv from them and had a worse experience plus I have been an Rv owner for decades so this is not a review from a picky newbie.

Covid 19 was partially to blame because of postal service. 3. Went camping had to come home after 2 days our roof started leaking soaked all my clothing and the stench was horrid. Called the rv shop where we purchased first thing out of his mouth was its out of warranty. As i said previous we purchased last summer. To bad no customer service to help. Up until this point the guy was helpful.

Purchased our Cruiser 5th wheel because we loved the large front bathroom. The craftsmanship and attention to detail, well, sucks. I have had to repair so many things from moving the center island so it did not hit the table with slide closed. Had to order new storage doors because the were put together wrong AC never worked right from the factory. Antenna was not properly installed. I had to relocate the steps so door would open and shut properly. Not sure if this was a Monday morning or a late Friday build but I do not recommend the brand to anyone.

My 2018 cruiser aire 28rd, seems to have to have the wrong pin on the 5th wheel. The problem is I can’t back up to the trailer with my tailgate down, I have to almost pin up to the trailer, then put the tailgate up then pin up. Manufacturer says the design is proper but I have never seen this before. My truck is a 2019 f350 with the prep package and I have a 24k curt slider 5th wheel setup. It seems like nobody wants to fix the problem, I guess I should have looked over the trailer before I bought it.
