2018 Tiffin reviews

The TIFFIN 2018 was made before Covid and before TIFFIN was taken over by Thor. In 2018, TIFFIN was not rushing to push a lot of class a RVs off the assembly line. Tiffin service and commitment to the customer in our experience has been second to none. Every manufacturer has its good years and not-so-good years. Our 2018 Tiffin was one of the good ones for sure. The 2018 37AP Allegro Bus has the standard equipment that puts the glamour in “glamping” and has a multi layered and multi clearcoat paint job that is among the best in the business. It has been just the right size for us and it has independent front suspension-steering to “turn on a dime” and get us into campgrounds and camp sites that astonished onlookers. Yet long enough to “live” in very comfortably. When I’m ready to purchase our next RV, it will definitely be another Tiffin. Show less

The comfort and quality of the interior is second to none. The 45OPP's floorplan is the most optimal layout among Class As: The Dining area is on the passenger side so you are looking at your campsite not your neighbors. A mid ship 1/2 bath assures that no one gets "trapped" if someone is taking a shower. The Power Glide Chassis is the leader in the industry with Multiplex wiring, that allows faster/easier servicing. 60 degree wheel cut makes turning a dream. Storage is abundant inside and out. Service and warranty work offered at Red Bay, Alabama is industry leading. Show less

We like this RV. Very comfortable inside. Like the quiet AC and 1/4" glass windows. Also the fireplace on a cold morning. The King mattress on platform is the best. V10 engine has plenty of power for climbing hills and the long wheel base keeps it stable. Engine noise is dampened by Tiffin's sound proofing. Issues have been replacing step motor twice. Replacing shuttle valve for the jacks. Adjustment of the door. Left lean, which was remedied with a spacer. Some issues with the dash AC and cameras were easily fixed by Tiffin techs at a Rally, for free. The Dealer didn't have a clue. Show less

This is our 6th motorhome and 2nd Tiffin. I have owned winnebagos and holiday ramblers , with the first one being a gas model and the others being diesel pushers. This Tiffin is by far the best riding , best fit and finish, best low maintenance motorhome out of all of them. We’ve owned it now for 3 years and it has been an absolute joy. We bought this one used when it was 2 years old and have only had to replace a couple of burned out interior lights, changed the oil and filters , and do the annual service on the Aqua hot . This rig was built while Tiffin still owned the company, which I guess is a good thing. Everywhere we go people always compliment us on how nice the coach looks. We have friends who drive other high end brands and they always tell us they wish they had bought a Tiffin, because their coaches spend a lot of time in the shops with one thing or another. This is the Mac Daddy of the RV world, if you are looking for a great coach you might want to give Tiffin a try, at least a Tiffin that’s built in 2021 or older. Hope this helps. Show less

I have owned 6 RV’s and a camper since 1999, which includes Winnebagos, Holiday Ramblers, a Keystone, and Tiffins. With one RV being a gas coach and 5 being diesel pushers. This Allegro Bus is by far the best motorhome I have ever owned. The Powerglide chassis and independent front suspension make for a very user friendly drivable coach. It’s 41 feet long , but it goes down the road about as easily as anything I’ve ever driven. The 450 hp Cummins diesel gobbles up the road and when going up and down hills it does so without a problem with no fade in acceleration. The fit and finish inside and out is first rate. I love the floor plan, the fireplace, the heated floors , the power sliding trays, the induction stove top, the woodwork, and all the other luxury features that make this coach what it is. So far it has been relatively trouble free, with only a couple of led lights having to be replaced, a ceiling fan blade adjustment, and an adjustment to a storage door. The only complaints I have is that the nav is just ok, in that I usually just use my phones nav which works better and I’m not a big fan of the mobile eye system. All in all I have been very pleased with this motorhome. Hope this helps someone who is considering this brand and model. Show less

This is an excellent motorhome! Besides excellent quality, it is SO livable! The bath and a half really helps with guests, family, or even just 2 people! The kitchen space and living area are spacious and well-planned out. The bedroom is private and comfortable, and the sofabeds sure help with visitors! The RV is easily drivable and there is plenty of exterior storage capacity with the raised Powerglide chassis. We enjoy this unit immensely! Show less

We have been camping for over 40 years together, and this is by far the best RV we have ever had. Quality throughout, roomy, drives great, and the support from Tiffin is unsurpassed. The extra bath and bunkhouse are game-changers. Show less

I'm extremely happy with my Tiffin The floorplan is fantastic… Honestly I think the thing I like the most is the quality of the woodwork and the fact that any time I've had any issues with anything I have been able to call Tiffany and they were able to help me over the phone and in most cases fix the issue right then and there. It has so many user feathers such as auto start when the couch batteries voltage drops to the satellite and wifi for me because i work remotely and off the grind. If I had anything to complain about it would be the generator being to noisy and it seams that if it was mounted on damners it would not vibrate as mush although I do find it soothing when Im sleeping Show less

Tiffin has had a reputation for quality and does an excellent job of standing behind their product even when out of the one-year warranty period. On several occasions, they have repaired minor items for no charge. Show less

Beautiful, well designed, and well made - by Tiffin! Easy to drive, great floorplan for family of 2 to 4; factory options are great such as fireplace that actually heats the whole coach. Great engine with strong towing power. Good suspension. Highly recommended! We have owned one for two years without one single problem! Show less
