To Raylene Hall. I to have the Kodiak ultimate failure 2711BS. We know what the b.s. stands for. I too have intermittent heater working. Temp fix. I took off cover outside where heat exhaust comes out. In the middle is a reset switch, I turn it off wait a minute and turn back on. This does not solve a dam. Thing. However, to the left there are 2 tiny screws you need to take out. Gently pull out to the right. There is a thin metal strip on that part. Be careful when putting back in so as not to touch spinning motor. Gently wipe off metal strip. This makes you feel like you are doing something. Maybe there s pet hair or dust on it. Next, have someone turn on furnace. When the blower turns on, carefully reinsert that metal slip into opening. Slightly move that part in all directions slowly until furnace ignites. This is a temp fix and the record is 3 times furnace starts before I have to do again. RV mechanic says try replacing computer board with what is called a dinosaur board, manufacture I think. Haven't tried yet. Everyone too busy. Says Chinese board is crap. Condensation like crazy, even with windows opened. Dinette slide stopped working on a trip. Good thing it was in. Very cramped for 2 days. Brother out law helped. Had to get broom above slide and touch wires while someone holding down button. Finish tape or whatever the crap is around cabinets is peeling and cracking. Overall I will turn in to dealer. In all good conscience I could not sell this piece of s@$
