Overall we loved it at first but then the problems started. First we had two blowouts. First one there was no damage . Second one destroyed wheel wells and side of camper . Took to a tire shop and they referred to the manufacturer installed tires as China bombs . Just overall cheap tires. Replaced with 4 new better quality tires and no problem since. Second problem was doors kept coming off tracks . Next we went to install solar display in area where they put sticker only to find once we cut wall open they had installed pvc vent in same area. We also have had several problems with the awnings working when they want . Last major problem is soft spots in living room and master bedroom making it not being able to use. Will have to tear everything out to make repairs. Camper is not worth the money.

We used this RV for about 40 days every year since 2019. We loved the floor plan and the liveability. Like other travel trailers you need to be a good handy man to resolve some annoying issues like, fixing the caulking around the shower door, re-aligned and resealed the shower drain with the ABS pipe under the shower base, replace the city water inlet (luckily it broke during set up at camping site), re-fixed all wooden center panel cabinet (not enough glue) and you must use water pressure regulator to avoid the toilet water valve leaking. Finally, the original tires on the RV were good for only 4 years (less than 5000 miles), that’s a little bit disappointing. Despite these annoying issues we still like it.

We purchased new in 2018 a Cruiser Stryker 2912. It worked well for us with the toy hauler section having lots of options for SxS or dirt bikes. Earlier this year, we noticed a soft spot in the floor toy hauler section. Turns out that a hole was drilled into the water tank on initial installation. The pilot hole was drilled too deep when the table holer cups were installed in the floor and a perfect 1/2" hole was drilled into the upper side of the frsh water tank. Mold, mildew, water damage to the entire floor area and rotted the floor over 4 years of travel between Arizona and Montana with water in the fresh water tank. We'd been using trailer heavy and fresh water had been splashing out of water tank onto underside of flooring for years which was unbeknown to us because of the insulated underbelly. We never saw any water leaking under camper to indicate a tank issue Contacted Cruiser RV for help with cost of repair on several occasions and was ignored. We told Cruiser rv the entire situation s well as gave them the contact information of the independant repair shop. So, while we love our toy hauler and use the heck out of it, we would not recommend using Cruiser RV as they do not stand behind their products. We had to pay 1000$ insurance deductable and lost use of rv for 4 months for repair.

Fantastic design and layout, easy accessibility to vital components and use of quality products. Cruiser Tech support is great as well. Quality fiberglass lamination, roof membrane is secure, smooth and sealed properly from factory. Side skirting has ample supports and electrical connections are all made securely. Overall although not a high end unit, it was built well, and shows the integrity to last for its intended time.

This RV we bought brand new in 2019. We tested everything when we bought it everything worked had it delivered to our house and when we put the pop out, out the carpet started smoking. Found pinched wires from wires from the factory being to tight on a pivot point. Had that fixed witch the manufacturer only refunded half the bill. A few months latter the trim falls off. No nails it was just wedged in place. All the laminate on the cabinets also started pealing. These are cheap and you will get crappy service. And some of the screws are rusted only after a two years of owing this.

Purchased this unit new, excellent floor plan, unfortunately that's where any excellence ends. Not enough characters in this review to list the issues with this unit almost all of which can be contributed to incredibly poor workmanship and a total lack of any quality control. Leaking shower drain, grey tank fell out, trim pieces falling off, stove fell apart, door would not close. Warranty was non-existent. Avoid Cruiser RV.

The generator start every time. The shower is a bit small. The king size bad is great. The 2 beds in the back makes room for a total of 6 people. So far so good! Had an issue with the happiJack system at first. The dealer fixed it and now they work all the time.

Purchased new 2/25/19. Used 21 days during 2019, then it was in storage 8/7/19 until 5/25/20. Camped for 4 nights, it rained about 1.5 hrs the last night. Back to storage. 2 weeks later I went over to get something out of the trailer and discovered a large bubble under the fiberglass veneer at the front of the driver's side wall. Closer inspection revealed a 1/16" gap between the corner molding and the fiberglass, on both sides. Took it in to the dealer, they took photos of both sides, said the front cap has pulled out, opened a work order and submitted a warranty claim. Cruiser denied it, said I had failed to re-seal it. Dealer agrees it is not just a seal issue and re-submitted, called the regional rep. They keep dragging their feet and still have not responded more than a month later. Absolutely unacceptable quality and service!!

This is our 3rd camper. We upgraded each time. It has 3 slides and everything we needed. We love it! We have only had 2 issues. Awning had pinholes where it connected right above the door and the pipes needed to be tightened after we brought it home. The quality is as good as other campers we have been in. Our model has tons of kitchen storage which was a requirement of mine. We added awnings over all the slides. We use this camper all summer and for spring and fall trips. It pulls well after we finally got it adjusted with the sway bars. We use a 2500 truck to pull it. My husband and I can both pull it and set it up alone. In my opinion it is a great camper. I had never heard of the brand before and didn't care after seeing the inside. It was just as good as other ones the same price.
