The electric fireplace is a really nice feature that actually gives off heat. Towing is made much easier with the included anti-sway bar and hitch. The upgraded bigger tires and heavy duty axles provide extra clearance.

Poor design. Multiple poorly conceived mechanical systems. Heating system cannot keep bedroom warm. Poor placement of vents. Cannot change seat on toilet without removing the toilet. The awning is useless as the pitch is so flat that rain does not run off. Instead the awning collects water and the awning will slump almost to the ground with accumulated water. Simplest repair requires a trip to the repair shop because of inaccessibility of mechanical systems. Disappointing.

We bought a 2017 Lance 1575 a year ago based on dealer's recommendation that it is a superior product. We had weight constraints because we would be pulling it with a Toyota Tacoma or Subaru Ascent. It tows like a dream, and has caught the eye of people indicating they'd like to purchase a trailer that can be towed with a mid-size SUV. No issue for us. We've had it out about 40 days in 2023 with only one issue. The 'on demand' water heater only works intermittently resulting in intermittent hot and cold water when taking a shower, not fun. No help from Lance. Spoke with other Lance owners who indicated they gave up and purchased a traditional water heater, which we plan to do as well. The shower has a relatively low ceiling, too short for my 6'2" husband, but except for that, we're very pleased with the layout. Feels high end for a small travel trailer. Fortunately, no major issues thus far requiring support.

The cookstove, sink and microwave are like new. It’s one of the only campers that fits a 6’ bed and still has a bathroom with toilet and shower. At 1768lbs it is doable with a 1/2 ton truck. I put airbag suspension on my Ford F150 for added stability.

Bathroom in the back, dinette and kitchen in the middle and queen bed in the front. Storage throughout. Lance really does a beautiful job with storage compartments inside and out. Hard to let it go but leaning towards earning pilot licenses and flying.

The electric jacks make it very easy to set up. The interior is very functional. The details are beautifully made. Like anything today you get what you pay for the quality shows! There is also plenty of storage inside and outside. The queen bed is great! We added a pillow top it's very comfortable and there is plenty of space around to walk. The camper is a 4-season which keeps all the holding tanks from freezing when you go camping late season a great feature. The bottom of the camper is all sealed you won't get any critters nesting for the winter either! The other thing that I liked is the material that it is made of will not rot or mildew like some other campers on the market today That is why my wife and I love our lance. If you want quality this is a great camper to own!

This is my wife and I 2nd Lance. We upgraded to a model 1985 we bought it brand new. We went from a single axle model 1575 to a dual axle. This tows better and is easier to back up. This model also has the largest bathroom and closet space for storage. The other reason is the 4-season package it is well insulated for colder weather. The bed is a queen we added a pillow top it made a big difference very comfortable for sleeping. We only used it in the summer two or three times a year it a great camper very comfortable easy to set up. We don't smoke. We are retired kids all grown up. The reason we are selling we are upgrading again to a newer model lance that we ordered it will be in early summer can't wait. Lance makes a beautiful and very functional camper well worth it!
