2017 Phoenix Cruiser reviews

Very well-made toy hauler, we've owned ours for over 5 years and had nothing to fix except a few minor issues. All the major components/equipment (generator, a/c, heater, fridge etc) have worked flawlessly. I'm 6'3" and the king size bed and large amount of headroom for walking around are great. The construction is top-notch compared to some of the cheaper travel trailers out there. We've camped in very cold temps in the mountains in Colorado with no concern since it has a heated/enclosed underbelly. Show less

Our Shadow Cruiser is great quality at a very good price. It tows very well and is a great open layout for a small camper. I’m definitely going to purchase another Shadow Cruiser when it’s time to upgrade. Show less

Fun Finder 2018 Buyed in june last year in 2018. Black tink fall down 2 times, water eater is still in trouble, door pannel fall down, and they have to change one "essieu", we see that just in time to save a flat on the road! Warrenty cover "essieu" and the tire, but not the second black tink fall and the water heater! I'll have to pay on my own. The bed matress is horrible and incomfortable.In Quebec, we have just 5 months summer time to improve our FunFinder and we are in july 4th and warrenty expired in june. We not find our "Fun"Finder at all!! Always praying when we took road to be safe and in peace.. really bad for the price and lots of headhakes... I love the floor plan but is a nightmare... and lot of regrets to haved buyed this is junck. Show less

We have loved our Stryker every trip we take it out. The best feature of this toy hauler is the side patio under the awning. We use it constantly and love the outside tv as part of it. Constantly get positive comments from other campers intrigued by it. Everything has worked great in two years of using it. One suggestion for cruiser would be to offer a queen bed to provide more storage and walk around room in the master bedroom. Show less

This trailer is a piece of junk The first year bought brand new off of lot the cupboard doors falling apart and the canopy starts leaking from where it connects to trailer and now sags This year our 2 year having it the seam where the side meets the top opened right up and where the top meets roof opened up. The water heater went 2 weeks ago. My dealer will not stand buy this not the company Save your money and buy another brand that cares what they put out and customer service Show less

Great RV for couple not good for more than three or four. Good quality. Pose great with half ton truck great for two people retired on the Travel. Great Outdoor Kitchen. I like the large bathroom with shower large Closet in bathroom for linen. Large pantry. Show less

No issues, except we left the awning out one night and a windstorm blew up, but that was our fault. have spent a total of over 80 days in the unit and only thing we have upgraded was the king size bed mattress. Quite happy with Cruzer Radiance line. Show less

High quality RV with great customer service. This is my second Phoenix Cruiser so that must say something in regard to what I think of this brand. Phoenix makes a quality product at a reasonable price and used rigs hold their value well. Show less

Purchased january 11 2017,from end of january to end of march in shop,wall next to bedroom had to be replaced they replaced window trim by shooting a 2 1/2"nail thru camper wall to outside.needed it for trip,toilet water valve leaking from poor winterizing,they gave me valve to install myself.I dropped it off april 21to repair furnace,replace inverter&remote,antenna,black tank flush was reversed,courtesy light & city water connection etc.did not get it back until july 28.Had to cancel numerous reservations.
