This is been a dam night mare! I have replaced every thing . If I had to do over again, I totally skip the crossroad manufacturing company all together . I would say my Rv is a big LEMON. I am a three time Rv owner and I have learned how to replace and repair everything in a Rv! I had to learn to save money, because every month something broke or went out! How can I get help ? No warranty anymore and still owe a bunch! Do I let it go back to a poor lender? They couldn’t even get five grand for this price of crap! Show less

Front right window left the factory upsidedown (weeps on top), frame rusty, tank support hanging on one side, roof in front of trailer piss poorly attached only help on by screws every six inches or so. Shower caulked one side only, brakes frozen from rust. The roof and window are why there needs to be inspections on these units. All in all I enjoy the thing. Mechanically I have no issues, I live full time in mine and basically work on everything myself. It's really too darn big to move but maybe one time. Installed new Maxxair 7500 deluxe roof fans, love em! Water heater works like a champ, new thermostat and mixing valve and water softener system. New ac for bedroom coming soon. The build quality is beyond pathetic but I have gotten used to it. All new cabinetry coming soon. Replaced shower valve and head because the original was garbage. Paneling on interior is popping everywhere and the window in the front room slide leaked from both sides behind chairs, cabinets and stove. Crapsmanship is my exact word. If you are not in the trades and are not ready to own a huge project do not waste your hard earned money. I'm still learning how to repair things as they fail, the undercarriage is next! I want to see what makes this baby tick! Duct work in the floor looked like someone ripped open a beer can blindly with their teeth. Outlets pop outta the walls simply from unplugging things. I had a great experience with this Redwood. It towed like a dream. I love the fact that it has full body paint because it is so easy to keep clean and didn’t have to worry about stickers peeling. The outside storage area is really nice also. We loved the floor plan for many reasons. The bedroom has 2 slides making it roomy for two, closest and built in dressers gave us lots of space for our clothes. My wife loved that she could turn the tv and watch it while cooking. This trailer has so much storage compared to the ones we’ve had in the past. The high ceilings gives you the feel of not being cramped in a trailer. I would recommend a Redwood 5th wheel to anyone. We bought this unit from a couple 2 years ago the only problem so far is the antenna stop working. I would rather have a living room unit instead of the bunkhouse unit other than that we have enjoyed our unit Show less

We have a 27 foot super slide 27rbh model and love it. We’ve had it since it was new. Very comfortable except the bed could be a bit softer but heh it’s a camper. My husband does to yearly maintenance on it like checking the caulk and giving it a good waxing. If you give it some care I think you would be able to get a lot of use out of it. Show less

This trailer has been a big pile of junk since the warranty ran out. From the steel moulding around the trailer separating causing leaks, to leaks around the slides, to leaks around vent pipes, it has been one thing after another. Then there was the wood around the seats separating and the wood on the arm of the couch breaking. And now to top it all off the pulley around the big slide broke off from the wooden mount causing untold amount of damage. We paid a lot of money for this piece of garbage and I wouldn’t “give” it to my worst enemy. Dear god this trailer would make you want to stop camping. I wouldn’t mind if it was an isolated incident but I have a friend who bought the same brand name trailer , only a bit smaller, at the same time as us and theirs has been complete garbage as well. Between the two of us we purchased $ 100000.00 worth of product and have gotten 0 return on the investment. My advice buy anything else but a sunset trail or any other brand from crossroads. We love our Zinger trailer and go south for 4-6 months with it. Any issues we have had is because we were newbies to owning an RV. Due to Covid this year we didn’t go south but went to British Columbia. Condensation was an issue but heh it rains ALOT here. We did get the condensation under control. My only CON is the decor, which I have painted out. We have not had to deal with a warranty issue. Show less

Just purchased the trailer used. Extreme rust on frame and support straps. One strap was dangling on one side. Roof membrane at front of trailer has come out from under the drip edge exposing osb plywood. Front left window is installed upside down. Weep holes are at the top! Electrical switch on front of frame is completely melted. No brakes, truck does not recognize anything in computer. 1/8" interior plywood wall coverings are popped out all over the place. The shower leaked like a sieve at bottom right because there was zero caulking! Under the aluminum door track was 2 way tape! Had to completely remove the shower doors and bottom track to clean and dry and seal properly with silicone. Rear steps are so badly rusted they barely fold. This thing is only 3 years old! The manufacturer claims 12 year warranty on roof. We shall see. Frame rust is way beyond surface damage. The entire bottom of I beam frame needs heavy grinding and repainting. Inexpensive and I'm finding new problems as I speak. Hoping puddled water under kitchen sink was left over from leaking shower. It's just a flimsy wall separating bathroom from kitchen. No obvious leaks found yet. All four tires were so badly cracked I bought replacements immediately. Why in the hell would an electrical component with bare wires exposed to the road elements not be covered? I'm not even sure what it is exactly! Not yet anyway. With no brakes, no lights, no way I can move this piece of crap if I needed to. Not impressed with anything on this really. Hard to enjoy with so many serious issues Show less

We loved living in this RV. It seemed spacious, as well as luxurious. With a broken pelvis, the automatic recliners were wonderful. The kitchen area is large enough to keep and prepare WAY more food than two people would eat this month. Show less

Great camper. Loved the raised roof, Island kitchen and more. Pulls good for the length. Walk through bathroom is nice, 3 full slides on a bumper that can still be pulled with a gas tow unit is hard to find! Show less
