First Travel trailer we purchased new , went to show at Timonium Maryland . We purchased the 28’ foot Innsbruck supreme by Gulf Stream . The Dealer I bought it from no longer sells Innsbruck. We had issues with leaks on all plumbing. Dealer delt with those issues with no problem . When we discovered water on floor when we opened a week after we purchased . Dealer looked at it checked all the normal superficial things had no exact spot located was thought to be the kitchen side slide out. Dealer said it was possible the way I set up camper . Made sure everything was good on next trip to Gettysburg , Had no rain so no problems . Check you camper regularly if you had leak problems in between trips it would leak but then evaporate before next use but was still leaking . Took trip near end of summer steered raining had water running down interior wall next to slide out , back to dealer they sent back to factory over winter sent pics showed whole slide removed and work being performed . You would think factory would check more then just the obvious. Trailer was returned went camping in May a month after we received trailer back rain started water started running down wall and around switches again . Can’t tell you how frustrating this can be . Took it upon myself to start looking for problem when dealer and factory didn’t want to do anything more because my warranty was up . Water had got to the osb board which is what the floor is made of it swelled and rotted out . Sat that winter , spring came had camper covered all winter no water got in but when I stepped in camper my foot broke thru osb that rotted the viynal flooring stopped my foot from going completely thru floor . We were furious , I found the leak it was the Antena above the door . I am a contractor by trade I had to tear up part of floor insulation under floor was full of water tore insulation out replaced that , put marine grade plywood down to replace osb rot . Had to cut wood grain viynal up so I used floor tiles at door way because I couldn’t match floor . I’m still paying for trailer this really pisses people off . Gulf Stream lacks support for there product . Thirty grand and had to fix all this piss poor construction. Quality control has to be none existent at the Innsbruck factory . There is a reason the dealer doesn’t sell them anymore for sure . The moral is do your research on the back up you will get from factory . I would not recommend anyone to buy a gulf stream product.

Great trailer. Tows nice, warranty claims were handled quickly, right size and layout for two people. 5000 mile trip to Yellowstone NP went off without a hitch. Company supports after sale. For instance----We attended the first annual Gulf Stream Vintage Cruiser Rally in South Higgins Lake State Park Michigan September 13-16. Had a great time making new friends. 32 families in attendance. There were activities, pot luck, and Gulf Stream support,(Gulf Stream had 2 representatives in attendance, brought a trailer and a couple of dealers). They catered a full dinner one evening and also had a question and answer session. We also attended the camper show in Novi MI a couple weeks ago. Gulf Stream was there supporting a dealer.

My wife and I purchased this RV 4 months ago after “tenting” for years and are very happy with the upgrade! My wife loved the vintage look when she spotted it at the RV show in Novi, MI. We ended speaking wit a representative from Vicars trailers located in Taylor, MI and found out they had a brand new 2016 on there lot that they could give us a good deal on. We’ve been very pleased this far with the Gulfstream 19RBS, the floor plan and size of 23 feet fits our small family well and being a first time RV owner/user, it’s fairly straight forward to use. We’ve had no issues so far in our few trips with it. Definitely would recommend the Gulfstream vintage cruiser 19RBS!

After 2+ years, dozens & dozens of campgrounds around the USA, and well over 18,000 miles, my wife and I find this travel trailer to be very dependable and make us smile every day we use it. Not that there aren't small issues occasionally, but overall...it's great. The retro look is something that starts a conversation at every campground. People are just naturally attracted to the retro style and come up to us, (wanting to see it closer) and ask questions. We love it.

We purchased the trailer in Boise ID. and on the way home the siding popped out. We tried to bring it back but was told no its a warranty issue. Purchased on 4/2016 was repaired by 7/16 but siding repeated problem towing home. Also the front leaked and ruined mattress. Found out by another RV repair that the framing had been cut out to put in the stairs. Frame sagging, siding popping in and out, front leaking and axles leaking. Back to factory delivered back 1/17 front leaks still leaks. No reimbursement for Insurance licensing and lack of use, only a new mattress. Gulf stream exec stated they went over and above to cover warranty issues. This trailer could of fell / broke in two and killed us or someone else. The frame and axels had to be replaced and leveled. These issues were not warranty issues but incompetent mfg. issues. I don't have enough room to talk about Ms. Diane and their warranty dept. This was a brand new trailer when purchased but we weren't able to use it for 10 months. He asked me for a list of costs etc.incurred on all these issues and we sent him a very accurate list of costs, what a waste of time. Like I said they did buy us a new mattress but stated they went above and beyond to fix the WARRANTY issues HAHA. Please do your self a favor and never purchase any of there products. Also does anyone know a lawyer that could help me get some justice on this death trap. I have kept all communications with Gulf stream and I could write a book on the misery we incurred when we wrote the check for this death trap. Its not over we still have it !!!!

I bought a new RV the Ameri-lite by Gulfstream and I bought new because I did not want any one else\'s problems. I am a newbie, so for this reason I didn\'t need any problems. 2000 miles away from home on my first time out in our new trailer, the water leaked out of the bottom of the tub. So showers were out of the question. The water ran when me moved to another location and mixed with all the sawdust and steel shavings that were not vacuumed up during installation. The bathroom light didn\'t work because the wires came loose from not being fastened properly. When I talked to a rep. at Gulfstream, she just kept saying over and over that it will be fixed. I asked about quality control, workmanship, details on who worked on my trailer to fix future problems for other buyers, but evidently there is none of that since all she kept saying over and over again is \" were going to fix it \" So they don\'t care about the workmanship and the quality of the product they put out. Not sure how comfortable I am going to be taking the trailer out for a second time.

The kitchen sink is the only grey water I have . If I was informed of this I would not have bought it . Also the led lights work at times . The awning shocks are no good . The bathroom sink leaks and my fresh water tank fills due to a bad valve . Some of the interior is poorly put together .
