2016 Tiffin reviews

Best experience we’ve had with an RV. Started with a bumper pull way old style - owned 3 then a fifth wheel toy hauler - but this is a palace on wheels. So comfortable- quiet to drive - tows the Jeep like nothing is behind me. My wife loves her double vanity, bath and clothing storage and shower seat, kitchen pull out pantry and spice rack, organization. The microwave/convection oven, quiet dishwasher, amazing washer and dryer - just like a real home. Huge fridge with an ice maker. A lot of fun. We camp with others everyone ends up in our rig! Only one with the space and comfort. The storage underneath pull out can’t be beat. TV’s and sound also great. Love the addition of solar we did - we use almost no propane unless I cook on the stove. Mostly we grill and crock pot. Although we have baked in our convection oven! The fireplace is a dream on a bad weather day, the pull out desk perfect for paying the bills and checking email on the road. All systems work well and as needed we’ve updated batteries etc. Highly endorse this particular year for Tiffin and floor plan. We have never had a def problem people speak of and being on top of maintenance we are quite happy. If you are ready to be road warriors this is an exceptional model! Show less

We bought a 2016 Allegro Bus 40 AP in 2019. We loved everything about it. If anything needed to be fixed ( and there were only little things) we took it back to the factory in Red Bay, Al. You got the best treatment at the factory and were treated like royalty even with a used one. Tiffin is the absolute best because of their customer service. My husband could call a tech anytime he had a problem and they were quick to help him. It is well worth the trip to Alabama if you have problems with local dealers. You will not be disappointed with the treatment there. We took ours back a second time to just get it serviced and Aqua hot serviced. We owned 3 5th wheels with the last 5th wheel being a Vilano Vanleigh by Tiffin. This is why we stayed with Tiffin. Same great service with the Vilano as with the bus. You will never go wrong with a Tiffin. Show less

I have been blown away for the help that Tiffin offers you and walking you step by step in helping you with your needs. I have yet to receive this type of customer service. This was our second Tiffin Allegro. The first was a gas version which we truly enjoyed. The second was the RED 33AA and it was so much more comfortable and easy to drive that we could never go back to an RV without air suspension and Diesel engine etc. We love the 33AA but we are going to size up to a Phaeton when we sell the 33AA. The folks at Tiffin have been extremely courteous and helpful with the very few small things that we needed help with. We noticed that our friends who own motor homes of other brands seemed to experience a lot more troubles than we did with either of our Allegros. We will stick with Tiffins. Show less

It's definitely the sweet spot. Has all the bells and whistles. The best overall BUY in Class A motorhomes. Drives great lots of room and very liveable. She's a beast! Proud to own one and to be seen in it! Show less

So easy! Its big w alot of room. So liveable. Beds comfy, bathroom kitchen and drives like a dream. At 1650 rpm w get 8.7 mpg. Not a single complaint so far. Wish I could go somewhere every weekend! Very happy with our purchase. Show less

Since I had a Tiffin Allegro gas this was much improved. The Gas had 20 documented warranty issues that needed to be fixed and this had around 10. I told Bob Tiffin in a telephone call that I thought his quality control needed much improvement. It still is a good coach and after many little things beyond warranty issues it is running fine. I have my fingers crossed for our next trip. Show less

Perfect motor-coach for long distance, long stays or quick weekend trips. 30 minutes maximum for full setup or 10 minutes for overnight passthrough. Only routine maintenance so far😊 Self contained well for a typical 3 night dry camp excursion. Show less

We had originally considered a 40' Phaeton but decided on the 37AP Allegro Bus because of the 450 HP engine. This bus drives like a sports car! It takes mountain switchbacks handles in traffic like no other motor home I've ever driven. The nice features like key-less entry, upgraded entry steps, heated floors, etc made feel like a home. My wife and I spent 6 months out of the year travelling all over the country in this motor home, towing a Ford F150 without any issues. She even felt comfortable driving it because it is so easy to handle. The size makes it acceptable in many parks where the larger tandem wheeled beasts aren't allowed. Another benefit of the 37AP. I would highly recommend it, especially the 2016 model (which had very few warranty issues over the 4+ years we've owned it). Show less

The 2016 Tiffin Allegro 32SA has been a great coach for us providing plenty of room for our extended summer get-aways and monthly RV Club get-togethers with friends. The size is perfect to get into National and State Park RV campsites. It has plenty of power to tow our car. We are especially pleased with Tiffin Motorhomes' outstanding quality and service!
