We purchased a brand new 2016 Creekside camp trailer that was manufactured at
Outdoors RV in La Grande Oregon to find many internal problems like windows that didn't open to cabinets moving away from walls to a rotted bedroom floor caused by neglect and oversight on the assembly line because an awning arm was not sealed.
Now over $3000 in damage and the manufacturer will not even help us to repair this. We are retired and on a limited income and the trailer is not even paid off. The Service Manager, Rick Ewing agreed to help then he refused to honor his commitment.
We will never purchase another RV from Outdoors RV Manufacturing nor refer our friends to them. Very dissatisfied with this company.

We have loved camping in our travel trailer. It's our home away from home! It is so comfortable and had all the amenities that we wanted! The beautiful interior and floor plan is what first attracted us to our RV. I love the way the kitchen is set up with lots of counter space and storage, so much so, that we rarely ever filled it up when going camping. The recliners are so very comfortable. I love the way the dinette is positioned to be able to look out our big back window while eating our meals. The bathroom/shower is the perfect size, not too small! The under-the-bed storage and basement is large enough to store everything we needed for our camping trips. Camping in this RV has been a true joy!

Purchased new Jan. 2016. Dealer said they winterized before camper was bought. Brought it home and parked it until first trip to VA.Beach. 4 days prior to departure hooked up every thing included water. 3 leaks with alot of underside insulation wet. Called McGeorge(worthless) and was told to bring it in and they would get to it in about 3 weeks. Told them that I had reservations in 4 days and their reply was I should have gotten it ready sooner.(worthless). After alot of show room screaming they said they would have it ready by Thursday. All was okay for a couple of trips until August. Camping during Aug. And the A/C blew up. Called McGeorge(worthless) was told to bring it in and they would get to it in about six weeks. Called cruiser rv to ask if I could take it to another dealer. They agreed so I took it to Southern RV in Richmond. Took it in on Monday morning and had it back with a new A/C the following Monday. Took it on a few sort mileage trips and the water heater stopped working on the electric side. Not a show stopper but just not proper for a new camper. Southern RV to the rescue again. Back in 2 days. LED Lights (blHad ue) on the front of camper went out, again not a show stopper but just not right. Had McGeorge (worthless) order the lights (its now november)took the camper to them and they installed white ones. I just stared at the service tech and started laughing. The following spring on the first trip out when I cut the A/C on I found that there was almost no air flow coming out of the bunk area vents none the bathroom vent. After some detective work with one of those flexible cameras for looking into vents, I found 2 of those red shop rags stuffed way back into those two vents. Pulled them out and headed up to McGeorge.(worthless) Asked to speak to both the service manager and the store manager on duty. I tossedthe rags up on the service desk and asked them if they belonged to them. Service manager said yes but the manager on duty immediately said NO!!!! The rags had MCG in black sharpie on it When I told him where I had found them he quickly tried to bully me and said I was lying. They used to have a bell you ring when you buy a camper as sort of a celebration, well I rang it on the way out and loudly said "you'll be sorry to everyone on the sales floor. Not a good combo of poor quality products and a lousy service department.

Bought this fifth wheel 347 RES in March 2017 and had to take back in to the dealership after 3 months for numerous problems, especially floor soft in the kitchen area. After 3 months at the dealership. Picked it up and was told everything had been fixed including the floor (which was not) and still not. Each time taken into dealership was there for months in end. After 4 years of owning it it has spent over 14 months in the shop. Called manufacturer just to be told there was nothing they could do. Took it in to the shop in March due to rotted floor on front slude. After numerous calls just to be told they cannot get the part from the manufacturer to fix it which would have costed $3200 to fix. Just picked it up after 5 months and now my husband is having to try and fix himself. Wish us luck!! Oh and word to the wise stay away from purchasing Highland Ridge they may be pretty but craftsmanship sucks!!!

When I bought it I did not know that the power stabilizer jacks are standard!! I am 6.8 tall and We love the sliding king size bed and the extra head room. We looked at many campers and they don't have the ceiling hight this one have. You don't feel closeophobic. No leaks found. My only issue with this camper is minor cosmetic defects on the interior trim, Can easily be fixed.
