We bought this 2015 camper used in November 2020 and have been out in the camper three times for a total of four weeks.
All items: two A/Cs, tanks, water heater, Jack's, levelers, and all appliances have worked flawlessly. Easy to tow fifth wheel and just over 30ft. Long and less than 13ft outside height. A great layout for us with a rear kitchen and particularly the bathroom and the bedroom sizes are great. Though it sleeps four I feel it's a great size for a couple at 30ft.
It came with some extras; bedroom a/c, power jacks, power levelers, table and chairs, and bedroom TV.
The only issue with the camper is the loveseat faux leather is peeling away.
Overall it is a very good camper for us.

This is the best RV I’ve ever owned. Everyone that see’s it loves it. The living area is really large with a huge TV that can easily be raised up and down, and the fireplace that you can use for heat or just for looks. The kitchen is very user friendly with lots of storage, full size refrigerator with ice maker, and I love the convection oven. I hardly use the gas oven but nice to have. I especially love how the bathroom has a door and is a separate room. Lots of storage in the bath and a large shower! Last, the king size bed is so comfortable and the closet is really large with shelving and two rods. The dyson vacuum works great on the floors and carpet. We added the stackable w/d and it is such a treat to have. Storage under the bed is very useful for extra bedding, super high and comfortable blow up mattress, extra toilet tissue, paper towels or whatever your needs may be. You will love traveling in this RV! These are just some of my favorite features.

I would Not recommend this unit to anyone and jayco does not from day one stood by their product when it was at camping world for repairs they would say well jayco doesn't cover that or won't pay for that they kept it almost 2 months and I got back caulking all down the front piece of junk!
Do not buy Jayco!

We moved from a class A to the super C and were so glad we did. The cab was quieter the ride was much better and the AC actually cooled the cab when it was 110 outside. The truck chassis actually provided us a lower insurance rate as well. The Seneca is a great choice. We have had a few minor issues that were easily taken care of at the local Camping World. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the Jayco Seneca. The only reason for selling is that our plans for retirement have changed.
