We loved this camper but found when we traded it in for our 38 ft Rockwood the floor had rotted quite a way into the back of the camper so were happy we traded it when we did. It had plenty of room for the 5 of us in our family. We traded it for a larger camper so we could spend more time living in the new camper as the 24 ft would've somewhat cramped to spend too much time in it.

My wife and I bought this RV new, 7 long, long, long years ago. On our first trip, in the boondocks of NE BC, a slide out cable snapped. Our dining and relaxing areas were now useless. The only good thing, is that a few stout lads were able to help me push it back into the house, so that we could continue our trip. Turns out that the "factory technicians": had misaligned the mounting holes, so the awkward tension on the "brand new cable" was so great that it snapped. We have ornamental trim in the unit. Big heavy, luxurious looking pieces. On the same trip, when we opened the door, one of the pieces had broken loose, and fallen onto the dining table (which we couldn't use, and the recliners, which we couldn't use). So, I laid the piece on those two, and waited to get back home so that I could drill some holes, and use 2.5" wood screws to hold it in place. Oh, yes, I forgot to mention, the "staples" that were supposed to hold it in place missed the mark by 50%, and they were only 1/2 inch long anyways. The spare tire rack, under chassis - great idea. Except, the receiving nut was never welded to the carrier, so that when it came to change a tire, my wife had to grovel in the mud holding a wrench on the bolt, so that I could put a socket on said nut. Not cool. Why: well because it's never a sun shiny day, when a fellow gets a flat. Then the electrics went. 2 dealerships couldn't figure it out, my buddy an electrician was stymied, and then I found the GOD OF RV ELECTRICS, and $500 later, it was fixed. Then, the other slide in the living area went askew. Tore up a frame stud, tore up the sliding plate under the slide, so to make a long story short $6500 later, I got it back. The dealership is fantastic. The product? I rue the day that I bought it. One final thought, I only illustrated the highlights. There were many more. Stay away from Montana.

Don’t waste your money. We use this toy hauler 6 times a year between May and October for long weekends and a couple of week long trips. Every time we take it away something breaks. The amount of money we put into this RV is ridiculous. The trailer just turn eight years old and for the last 3 years getting any matching replacement parts is next to impossible. Keystone customer service always refers you to an authorized dealer and when the authorized dealer not able to assist they refer you back to the keystone customer service. It is a vicious circle. You think when you spend upwards of 80,000 dollars you should be getting an RV that is good quality.

This was the 5th RV we owned. We recently sold because we want to downsize a bit (empty nesters). We really liked the counter space and storage in the the kitchen. it was also handy having the dinette right next to it. The lounge chairs were comfy, and we the windows on the ends of the slide out were nice for bringing in more light. The skylight over the shower was a nice idea, and floor to ceiling cabinet next to it was perfect for towels and all our shampoos, and other bathroom supplies. The wardrobe closet slide out in the bedroom was unique. Never saw one of these before, we definitely liked this, especially for longer trips, and gave us a lot more hanging storage so our clothes didn't all have to be folded, The power awning worked smoothly and quietly, and the powder hitch lift was the a first for us. Really nice not to have to do all that cranking by hand. The ladder on the back was also nice, we used to clear off a branch that fell on the roof while we were camping.

POOR POOR QUALITY!! The worst RV that a person could buy!!! It has a manufactured default problem with the floor that after 2 years, became soft and smooshy at certains spots (where we walk or stand more often) and it get's bigger every year. We have it checked by two company and they confirmed that it's not from water damage. It is because of poor floor construction not strong enough. Not braced enough and too thin plywood, foam, etc... It is very desapointing regarding the price we payed for really POOR QUALITY!!! The brown front pannel has faded within 1.5 years and we payed for a 7 years warranty and it didn't covered thoses two problems! So be ready to pay to get it repaired!$$$ The service with Keystone is BAD! Think twice before buying a Keystone RV.

We have owned several other RVs, from the first pop-up camper to travel trailers up to 32ft. This Cougar with the rear kitchen had great counter space, an extra flip-up counter extension and the dinette next to kitchen, so preparing meals was easy. The rocking/swivel chairs were comfy. The slide out wardrobe closet in the bedroom was a great idea, never lacked for space for clothes, no matter how long the vacation was. One nightstand had a lift up top that opened to the lower storage area. You could put a laundry basket there to catch the dirty clothes, pretty handy. The walk-thru bathroom with the skylight over the shower was a nice design, with floor to ceiling cabinet for all the shampoos, towels, hair dryer, etc. The power awning worked well. We always had a manual one, was nice to just push the button. The power hitch lift was also the first one we had. So much easier than all the hand cranking. We pulled it with a Toyota Sequoia, towed easy. We finally sold it due to empty nest, was time to downsize a bit. Looking at others now.
