The Good: We love the floor plan of this RV. It's very roomy with opposing slides in the den area and an island bar in the adjoining kitchen. There is a good amount of storage space. The essential areas - bed and kitchen - are accessible when the slides are retracted, so you don't have to deploy the slides if you're overnighting in a parking lot. We really like the outdoor kitchen and will probably never buy another RV without one. The outdoor kitchen also features a swivel for the TV, so you don't have to drag a TV outside. The Bad: The front cap was painted with a non-UV-resistant paint. This is a commonly known factory defect that is frequently discussed on the Crossroads forum. It faded terribly after only two years. We decided to have it repainted because it looked so bad (not cheap). Recently, both back corners of the coach rotted out. There was no obvious culprit from the outside. The RV tech who repaired it said the factory had failed to seal a key area on both sides of the trailer. Our skylights are due for replacement since they became brittle and now have numerous leaking cracks. All the furniture had to be replaced and the dinette had to be reupholstered (not cheap either) because the fake leather - "pleather" - began to peel terribly after year six. When I do repairs or maintenance and access the hidden areas of the camper, you can tell the overall workmanship is shoddy. The wiring looks like a rat's nest, access holes are haphazardly raggedly cut, screws are mislocated - all telltale signs of "throwing them together as fast as possible." Will I buy another Crossroads? No. We were seduced by the floor plan and beauty, but were also burned by the considerable amount of money we've spent to keep it in good repair.

I bought the 2016 32rl in 2014 and the heater ducting was torn, the heater was built into the wall so difficult to work on, but most recently I'm dealing with the front end cap delaminating. This a a pricey job and Crossroads only warranties that for one year......40k and one year warranty for a laminated front end? I would not buy a Crossroads rv or any other company producing the same crap again.

I do Not recommend anyone to purchase a camper made by this company. They do not stand behind their product. We purchased ours brand new has had leaks and the paint should have been recalled. The front is completely faded and they were aware that the wrong paint was used and still did nothing about it. They have a nice appearance but when it comes to quality they are not up to standards and all they care about is the sell, quality is not important. Remember you were warned!

Our RV is very maneuverable towing and parking! With the electric stabilizers, you can set up in about 15 minutes. The floorpan with the center island allows you to serve several guests with ease. The double slide outs and rounded ceiling makes the unit feel very large. The bathtub/shower is great with small children too. The trailer is a four season trailer, but the electric fireplace kept us toasty without using the furnace. Also, we enjoyed the outdoor "man cave" very much. Lots of storage inside and out. We are including kitchenware, towels, bedding, ice maker, outdoor chairs and more! Reluctantly, we aren't able to use the trailer as much as we had hoped. This is truly a great travel trailer.

I have had living room slide problems with this unit since I bought it used in Oct. 2015. Two weeks after I bought this trailer, the slide wouldn't come out. This was my first camping trip. January of this year(2018) the slide wouldn't work. Luckily I was at home this time(2nd. breakdown). Dealer kept it 6 weeks repairing the slide. I went on a 2 week camping trip to Tn., Il. and Mo. I was preparing to leave my first campground in Tn. and the slide would not come in. I had to abort my 2 wk. camping trip and bring it back to Byron, Ga. (3rd.) time. This unit is a disaster, or dealer has incompentant Techs. It may be both. This unit is a piece of Junk! I give it 2 stars
