We just bought our 2014 bayhill 310re. very beautiful desighn but there are a few issues that might need to be addressed by a mechanically inclined individual. like some of the led lights were burned out, and there are alot of random screws that dont seem to be all the way installed.at some point the tires can burn thru the bottom of the slides,so you will have to install rock gaurds to protect the bottom of the trailer and top of the tires. There does seem to be a lack of support in wheel well covers. Little bit of bubbling coming from the roof. Recommend having the unit resealed looks like the factory seal is starting to not hold up over time. Not a bad trailer to start with if your just getting into the 5th wheel life.but be expecting to spend some weekends doing projects here and there. the company no longer exists so it's not for a non tinkering person and parts will be difficult to come by.

The shower is small for a big guy. I am 6'-4" at 280 lbs. I liked the privatize in the Master Bedroom. Has a separate entrance to the bathroom from the MBR. Both entrances to the MBR have doors. It is a great RV all around. Needs some TLC. Honesty is the best policy, Les.

This company is out of business for good reason. I purchased my Element new and I liked the exterior looks, ease of towing and interior layout. The wet bath was a compromise but I thought I could deal with it. The list of problems I had with this trailer never seemed to diminish even though the factory took it back for a month to correct a leaking roof and other issues. The idea behind the Element was a noble idea in that it was built without wood thus more environmentally friendly. Problem is that the composite material used in lieu of wood will not hold screws very tightly. If you overtighten a screw (which is very easy to do) the hole strips. Over time cabinet doors will sag or fall off. The windows look cool but on windy days they can and will blow open or close until they break as there is no latching mechanism when open. The wet bath leaked water all over the coach floor as the seal around the bathroom door didn't prevent leakage. The slope of the front end is great for towing but not so great for reading or watching tv in bed. The exterior storage is open to the inside via lifting the bed frame/mattress. Good idea but since the space is not insulated, you feel like your sleeping on a cold cement block in colder months. I loved the look buy grew weary of all the problems.Thsi site did not recognize the Elemen but this review is for an Element 24SK

My wife and I decided to take a cross country trip to Alaska in 2015. We purchased an Evergreen Ascend 19 ft trailer. We traveled for 6 months and this was our home. We put 32,000 miles on it covering 3 provinces of Canada and 32 states. It was an extraordinary trip! The only problem we had was a cut valve stem on one of our tires. In 2016 we took our youngest grandson on a summer trip (2 weeks) to the Hudson River Valley of NY. This trip covered 1500 miles. I have owned pop-ups and other travel trailers in my 40 yrs of camping, None have matched the quality of the Ascend. We are now planning a trip to Nova Scotia in 2018 which will entail traveling through 12 states and 3 provinces of Canada. We know we can rely on our Ascend to be our home once again. Thank you Evergreen.

TOTALLY will never buy another Evergreen RV or product from these ****** - the RV is light weight crap, things falling apart within 12 months, and now slide-out is faulty, - it's all held together by glue and a few screws! CRAP to the END!! What a waste of money and time ............Thanks for nothing EVERGREEN!

The passenger side slide leaks water the first time we used it and to this day they can't get it fixed. The bedroom slide has a shorted or a bad motor and will not operate. The hot water heater never had worked properly and had to go out in the cold and reset the heater switch every time we used this RV. Many many problems with moldings and screws coming loose. I don't recommend this product to even an enemy.
