Great RV. Well built and the Arctic package is nice in Maine. Wish mine had a generator but has a spot for the hook up in the forward storage compartment. Height is nearly perfect for my new body style f-250 where some other campers rode too nose high due to the suspension. Show less

We bought this toy hauler new in 2014 after doing homework on every toy hauler we could find. 2 adults 3 boys 2 Doberman 2 Indian motorcycles 1 F-350 diesel This trailer has been fantastic for 9 years and is still fantastic. When loaded for a beach trip, we are over 20,000 lbs and you don’t know it’s back there. We did have a small issue in September, 2021 when we were having the trailer Winterized and washed at General RV. They were on the roof and noticed a soft spot near the front A/C unit. As it turned out, that unit was installed incorrectly from Heartland in 2014. They stapled through the roof in the wrong direction and water got in and rotted the roof through the years. General RV in Canton, Ohio took the time and pictures and sent everything to Heartland. Heartland agreed that this was 100% their mistake. After 9 years (obviously outside of any warranty coverage), Heartland told us if we would pull the trailer to their facility in Indiana, they would completely tear off the old roof and install a new roof. Obviously, that is what we did and we currently have a 2014 trailer and a 2 year old roof. Our next trailer will be a Heartland. Show less

I lived in this RV for two years. I was stunned by the storage and how roomy it feels inside. All the slides work perfectly and it's so easy to maintain. I am a single woman who maintained this RV by herself. It's a great RV and it was a very nice place to live. I have recently moved to a new state and bought a ranch home and need to sell the RV. Bought 2014 had few minor things go wrong yes camping world is hard to deal with but all are unless you bring back to where you bought. Heard from inside that any camper made during covid are having alot of issues not having parts an workers just throwing together.. be aware!! Our next camper will be a Grand design solitude.. it's terrible how these companies can get away with this. Should be lemon law on these rv. Be alot of returns!!! Show less

This is the ultimate RV for full-timing for a couple. It has a king bed, large closet, a lot of storage, residential sized fridge, and center Island. Has been extremely reliable, well built cabinets. We have lived in ours for over 3 years with no problems. Show less

This is our first Heartland…We purchased it new in 2014. We have had several other brands and none equal the quality, of this RV. The Full Body paint, is definitely a plus! No oxidation what so ever, sitting in the hot FL sun. The interior, still looks like the day we purchased it. Everything has always, worked flawlessly….. Livability, is like none other. This RV is totally comfortable, either for full time or snow bird living, We have spent winter months here and were always excited to return…. Show less

Was good the first year. Nothing but troubles since. Siding leaks, lights leak not air tight at all. mice can get in real easy. Axles are cheap, toilet is junk all the trim inside and out is falling off. built by toddlers for sure. Bet it was put together in 2 hours. Workmanship is the worst. Show less

Compared to other competitors RV'S,it's easy to notice the higher quality in the Big Country Coach by Heartland. Spacious Inside living for traveling,plenty storage space. Easy towing capability for travels Show less

We got our 2014 Prowler in 2020, 3rd owners. So far so good with leaks but definitely going to get a caulk job soon thanks to reviews. We seem to loose screws every time we travel. From where? Not sure but the window seal frames are missing some screws. Definitely had to use lubricant spray on windows so they could glide easier. Restroom is good and shower is roomy. Wish sink had a longer faucet neck. Overall love our camper! Show less

Looking for some insight. I recently bought this 2014 big country BC2950RK Used from the original owner. For the first time I totally filled the freshwater tank. I now have water dripping from the underbelly cover. Before I cut into it, wondering if anyone else has had this experience? Is there a overflow fitting, or tube that I should be looking for?
