Really like my Sporttrek BUT there are a few issues. 1st off, the vinyl on the backs of the sofa cushions just deteriorated. This unit has never been kept outside (ALWAYS kept inside except when camping which has never been more than two weeks a year). #2 I have tried to reach customer service via phone or via email SEVERAL times through the years with various concerns or question and NOT once have they ever responded. Their COSTUMER SUPPORT SUCKS. As much as I like their TT, I would NEVER recommend this brand to anyone. Getting ready to sell and get a class C but it will NOT be VENTURE.

Bought this 220VBH June 2014. We have over 15,000 miles on it now. Shoty build quality by the English hating Amish. I am a Union Electrician and have all kinds of building experience. Water leak rotted the floor under the front passenger side storage from holes not filled on that side trim edge at roof line. Water leaks around water pump and under bath sink. Interior falls apart around dinette. Slide bounces up into the AC unit destroying the valance Aside from that it was cheap, around $15K in 2014. This first year model is only rated for 5,200lbs. GVW has 2.8K axles and the 3.5K brakes. I run it loaded with a CAT scaled traveling weight of about 5,800lbs. 700lbs. of this is hitch weight. About 5,100lbs on the axles. I've worn out the spring shackles and installed EZ Flex. I fix and maintain this TT. I have installed a custom Solar system of my own design 470 watts (300W on roof), 3,500W + 1,200W pure sine wave inverters, 320ah LiFePo4 battery/120ah AGM on tongue , auto XFR switch.... Boondock ready. Don't buy if you can not service it yourself!!! I have no experience with any factory warranty or dealer service scams.

We bought this RV because we were looking to live in it full time. We did live in it 1/2 to full time for almost 4 years. The floor plan worked very well for 2 people that are retired. We did not pull it around the country, it sat in the same RV resort for the time we owned it. The things we like about it are: It has a stove top with an oven, a combination microwave convection oven, opposing slides in the living area, large TV that goes down into the cabinet when not in use, lots of windows that are tinted, large shower with on demand hot water, RV king size bed, great ventilation with the ceiling fan and power vent fans, and the high quality of the cabinets and wood work through out the entire RV. The short comings are: the couches had the poor fake leather, they had to be replaced, the RV now has a love seat recliner and a recliner, The mattress was not comfortable for a bad back, replaced it with a new Sleep Number mattress. These are the only things I can think of that we did not like. I would recommend this 5th wheel as a RV for traveling or placement in a RV park/resort.

We purchased this new. The bedroom slide never worked correctly from day 1. The front of the slide would come out a couple inches when traveling. I took it to 3 different dealers trying to figure out what was wrong. Everyone said it was out of time and they corrected the problem. Even the factory techs told me the same thing at the Redwood rally. So last year we finally figured out the problem. It was the slide mechanism that was broke. All three slides have leaked and we spent over $21,000.00 repairing them. The company that repaired it said the the workmanship was terrible and it had been leaking for a long time. I called Redwood many times for help and they just said to take it to a dealer. Now its not their problem because its out of warranty. I told them the bedroom slide had been a problem since we bought it. They told me that I should have kept taking it back to the dealer. I told them that it has been there 6 times with the same response that it was just out of time. Bottom line is the factory people don't care and will provide NO help in trying to resolve any problems. They are way over priced for they quality that you receive. We will never own another one.

Only had this a short time but have had RV'S for years. Here is the good and the not so good. Cutting corners ( read cheap) 1) Why no drawers in the cabinet beside bed 2) Why do you need to unscrew panels to access H.W.T valving 3) How can you call a RV with single windows a 4 season RV, everything gets so steamy immediately in cool damp weather 4) No 12v battery shut off switch as advertised. 5) Other owners have reported it's hard to get the overhead light bulbs out and new ones in, Reason.... The non LED bulbs get so hot the melt the plastic clips which hold them in place. 6)The cupboard that stores the dishes has a single unsupported piece of very piece of plywood as a shelf to place the dishes. The plywood bends and all the dishes slide to the centre. 7)Only one small drawer in the three storage places under the dinette. 8) The propane detector which has an automatic shut down after a specified time has a electrical feed wire which is so short you have to take the cabinet apart to replace same. The Good 1)You started with a very good product which you charged a premium price for, that's fair, then you cut corners as above and made it feel cheap. 2)The solid fiberglass walls are very good. 3) The curved roof is a nice feature 4) The unit looks good driving down the road. I have found pieces of scrap wood behind the paneling, framing with a knot so large there is no strength left. I was really hoping to feel really good about my purchase, unfortunately this is just another great RV that was cheapened in an effore to save mnoney.

Lifestyle was started my former Carriage employees and used the same box frame made in-house that Carriage used. Improvements were made to the slide-out components placing the motors more in the middle for better power distribution. The floor is very well insulated as it's a double floor design. Robust, Quadra Big-Foot jacks are standard. Quality wood cabinetry throughout. Heavier plywood flooring used and steel bathroom floor for a more solid feel. Exterior walls are fiberglass hung-wall construction, not laminated. Unfortunately, they went out of business in 2016.
