We loved our Tiffin. Our travel style ranges from long weekends and up to 6-month trips - with 7 passengers! Compared to our previous class C (which was a really sweet rv), we are thrilled with this model. The towing capacity is spot on, as we've towed our Mercedes Sprinter nearly every mountain in America. The floor plan is perfect. Bunk beds make a great escape on travel days and optimize sleeping. I appreciate that the master bedroom has full privacy from the bunks. The huge living room can sleep up to 4 people on beds! This much space makes for awesome space for meals, games, and for us, mobile work/education stations. My wife and I split all the driving. She's never driven a big RV before but it rides so easily that long cross-country trips are enjoyable for her. We maximized every square inch of the basement using Costco's black tubs. The bathroom shower is huge. I'm 6'5"/ 280lbs, and enjoy the shower more than most hotel showers. The toilet is fine for non-giants, but could use some extra legroom in my opinion (size 16 shoe and all). Show less

Had this unit for 2 years. Zero issues. Wish it was a diesel because of towing power up hills. Fit and finish are awesome. I would highly recommend this model for anyone who has a family or grandparents with grand children. I just replace the carburetor on the generator because it sat with fuel in it over the winter. I also put gold shocks on to help with sway control. I also added a spring loaded driver assist. Helps greatly in wind. Show less

I love the RV and am not sure this is the right place to put this but, I was driving down the freeway enroute to a campsite when the refrigerator vent cover blew off the outside of the rig. I had not opened this vent in over a year do not sure why this happened but it did. Stuff happens right? So ok, I need to order a new cover. I contact Tiffin, sure enough they have the part in stock and will ship. Part is reasonably priced ($43 and change) comparable to Amazon ($39 and change) so I figured I would order from Tiffin and lessen the chance of ordering the wrong part. Well I got the part but when I got my credit card bill I saw it had cost me over $47 for shipping!!!!! What the Hell????? So I called them and was told essentially, too bad, we used UPS and that's what they charged. This is BS, at the very least they could have given a shipping estimate. I could have shipped from Amazon for free! I will NOT be buying any more parts from Tiffin and would recommend that no one else does either unless they want to be bent over for shipping. Also in my opinion poor customer service for not letting me know a shipping estimate. And if wondering, this was just standard shipping, not a rush, no special circumstance, nothing...... Show less

This is simply a rock solid, quality built RV. We are the second owners but have had it for 8 years and it has just performed perfectly. There have been very few things which have needed repair and all were reasonable. Tiffins support is the best in the industry, they have all their parts available on line and if you don't know, just send them an email and they will get back to you quickly. The floor plan for two or four people is the best of all, big open space int eh living room, TVs positioned so you can be sitting at the dining tablet and all four people can watch tow different TVs! It is not so big that it is hard to get around in and will fit in most parks. We just love it. Show less

I love this RV. It drives great, Very comfortable to drive on long trips. I tow a Jeep SUV and I don't even know it's there. This RV is in perfect shape. Just turn the key and it's ready to roll. Show less

Nothing but good things to say about this unit.any misfires we’re self induced like putting replacement water filter in backwards.Very easy to drive.extremely comfortable unit.Nice layout with walk thru when slides are in up to second bathroom and kitchen Show less

This is a top quality RVC. Built to last on a Freightliner chassis with renowned Tiffin Customer service. Drives like a dream and comfortable in every way. Plenty of Storage insde and in the Basement bins.i Show less

We previously had a 40ft Allegro Bus and Tiffin Motorhomes has the greatest customer service and quality of coa h. My 43ft with the tag axle makes the coach that much more stable in windy conditions, I would not think of buying anything but a Tiffin coach, the quality all the way thru is remarkable, we love this coach and are having mixed emotions in letting it go. We are in the process of building a new home in Phoenix. Show less

This RV has been very reliable we have traveled to every state including Alaska. We have put 68000 mi on it. We did have to replace the refrigerator and two air conditioner but was under warranty. I recommend any Rv from tiffon. Show less

Upgraded from a 1996 Itasca class A to this and it's like a U-Hual to a minivan. Our's has the optional 24K chassis and 255/80R22.5 tires and rides like a dream. The V10 and transmission does great in the mountains once you learn how the transmission downshift automatically. Does not get blown around by big rigs. True joy to drive and makes RVing better. Solid, smooth and quiet ride. Having two slide outs is awesome. Very useable in the front with the slide in. Bedroom slide blocks the drawers and electrical panels. Toilet area is small if you're a big person. Tons of storage inside. Has LED lights in ceiling, normal on the walls. Digital TV antenna. Lots of windows - feels very open. One downside is having controls all over, not like Winnie products where they are all in one place. Also makes it nearly impossible to add the Onan auto gen start for that reason. Love the underfloor outside storage with three great pass thru's for long stuff. Add with the 24K chassis option you can really haul a lot of stuff. The only thing we have found as trouble for this year was the power shades up front. They are known for having bad motors. It came down while driving... got it to go back up but then it failed. Other problem is the DVD system. When you play a DVD both TV's come on automatically and play the DVD. If a person goes to bed - the TV is on. When you turn it off the front TV turns off... you have to unplug the rear TV. Something in the why Panasonic links the TV's. The DVD player is also the surround sound amp - which is very nice. However, if the DVD player fails then you also lose your surround sound as they don't make all in one players anymore. Also, the digital TV antenna is prone to water intrusion and failure so if it has not been replaced... it might need to be by now. We have a King Jack that works great in its place.
