We bought a used 2012 Serrano 31X and I absolutely LOVED it. My hubby is a big guy and he wanted to move up to a bigger 42ft diesel pusher though, , which is also great, but I STILL miss and prefer the smaller 31x since it was MUCH easier to drive and camping spots were much easier to find due to its smaller size. The only issues we ever had with ours were the same sort of issues any RV usually experiences, such having to replace the awning motor & the house water pump after several years of very heavy use , but nothing major and nothing that wasn’t covered by our extended service contract. I will admit that the ride wasn’t as smooth as the larger diesel pusher since the 31x didn’t have airbag suspension, but I honestly didn’t mind at all. The way that it could make a u turn on a dime and get into any grocery store parking lot was worth not having air bag suspension,, The Serrano also got much better fuel mileage. It got an average of 11-12 miles per gallon and our current huge DP only gets abour 6 mpg. If the decision was all mine, I would go back to my Serrano 31x in a heartbeat. Show less

The overall nice ride had a Fleetwood 40 ride that was much stiffer but is a low rider had to add heavy-duty rear wheels to prevent low rear bottom out. Show less

It is a great RV. We traveled from Indiana across country to San Diego, CA. From Indiana to South Dakota. Climbing mountains as high as 6,000 feet in elevation. We lived full time in our Motorhome for 3 years. Show less

This is my 2nd Sprinter, the first being a Class A which I found too small for 2 people. Some plusses: As a guy, I am most impressed with the ample storage both internal and external. Very comfortable and roomy with the slide both in (while driving) and out. Refrigerator is both electric (AC) and propane (auto) which is better than the newer models (DC/battery only). The ride is quiet and smooth with great acceleration even on grades. The exterior is full-body paint (vice decals which peel/fade over time) and looks as good as new after 9 years. I particularly like the huge skylight/vent over the salon. The only drawback to the floorplan is the very comfortable double bed in the rear corner. Now in my mid-70s, it is a bit of a challenge to make and to exit.....9 years ago, NO Problem. Show less

Awesome I love everything about it, we’ve had it for almost a year and it’s amazing. We upgraded her with solar panels and it is perfect. It is also the perfect size to get in and out of places and she has plenty of storage. Show less

The actual length is 37.5. It comes with a Residential refrigerator and brand new microwave. Separate washer and dryer. Pantry, bath and a half. 2 Ac’s, 2 slides. The huge wall slide is on the drivers side and extends all the way back to the master bath. Opposing slide in the master bedroom. Queen size in the bedroom and has an overhead queen bed above the driver and passenger seats. Brand new mattress and has never been slept on. 3 tv’s , the main area has surround sound, tv in the bedroom and the other is outside. Tires are 2019, 6000 watt Onan generator, in motion satellite system. Theater seating, booth dinette and all the furniture is new leather! Booth makes into a bed. Mileage is approximately 29,500. Have owned the Thor model for this year 2013. Was well made. Little to no issues. Especially like the full body paint and Solid surface countertops as an upgraded option. Would prefer to eliminate 1/2 bath to make more room in bedroom. Show less

have owned this RV for 8 years, has been very reliable. minimal maintenance aside from scheduled. the best thing about it is the floor plan with the two slide outs and the bunks. prefect for a large family. can sleep up to 10 with 8 very comfortably. lots of room and open feel when the slides are out. Drives very well. even at 32 feet long it seems very maneuverable. Show less

We loved having 1.5 baths. Comfort of being able to stay most any place without being in a park. So many features making it a comfort with a fireplace on chilly days just like being home. Beat way to travel if you love traveling in your home. Show less

Everything about this coach from its 60 degree turning radius to its tasteful decor, quality cabinetry, comfort and ride make it a pleasure to be in. The storage is awesome having a bath and a half bath is an absolute dream. Show less
