This classic design is unique in its quality of construction and light weight. This is due to all-aluminum frame, roof, sides, floor, cabinets, and wheels. It is elegant in its simplicity and is stable on the highway. I drove it across country including Oklahoma and Texas where we experienced high winds and the trailer was remarkably stable with its dual wheels . . . no need for after market stabilizers. This was one of the last years this all-aluminum model was produced since the company was bought out by Thor and less expensive materials were used. While the original manufacturer is not longer in business, all internal parts are available on the market.

Without a doubt this is the best built travel trailer on the market given the quality of construction w/regards to strength, appliances, materials & weight. You will no longer experience any "white knuckle" driving for uphill climbs, headwinds or wind resistance because of weight, maneuvering, lack of storage or conveniences. A must-have for extra livability is Dometic's 3-season patio room that triples the sq. footage for and extra outdoor room free from the elements & privacy in tight camping conditions. I think that sums it up!

Our N.L. is by far the BEST built camper we've ever owned. Tons of storage inside, most times more than we need. Outside, we have ample basement storage for two people's needs/wants, no need to carry too much "stuff" anymore. Being able to stop at a moments notice for things that catch your eye is priceless. If your survey had a maintenance, section it would get five stars as well. This is the best way to TOUR our most beautiful country, IMHO.
