2013 Crossroads reviews

Bought this unit 1 1/2 years ago from the second owner. It was in excellent shape and has served us well. The two air conditioners are more than adequate even in hot weather. In fact, with a 30a service one unit has been sufficient. Quality seems to be above average since after ten years there are no leaks and trim is good. We re-upholstered the love seat/bed in the living room. Floors are in great shape as well as cabinets and other wood work. Very well made. Show less

Me and my wife got this camper and nothing but troubles from day one . This camper has leaked from day one they cut the skylight hole over the shower to big the day it was made and then just filled it with caulking leaked first trip out . We though we had a great one before this and now wish never looked at cross road we are now replacing floors . Hope no one buyes one of these . Show less

My wife and I bought this in 2013 and have had nothing but problems. Dealer will do nothing.leaks all over since day one. Am replacing part of the floor now and will never buy another camper from them or this product. Very disappointed in all of them Show less

With 40+ years of owning Campers this was one of my favorites! The Floor plan is wide open with the 2 full slides in the main living area plus 2 more full slides in the Master! We took this Camper to the 4 corners of the U.S. with no major issues! We especially liked the kitchen island w/sink, Dual-Fridges, double Gray Tanks & space for 'extended family' to sleep on air-mattresses in the LR and Master! The only 'wish' I had was to have the 4-point leveling system. Other than that, it is a great camper that gave my family life-long memories! Show less

Sunset trail 25rb. The first year the front shell whatever you call it faded from brown to faded grey.lost wheel bearing on front axle after 1000 kilometres. Now it’s a complete write off due to water leaks in the roof which rotted out entire rear wall and floor. Insurance quote to repair it was 34000. The camper was only 28000 new in 2013. I would not recommend buying a crossroads cruiser air the slide system is garbage the warranty sucks no help from the dealer I have used the slides roughly 10 times it's out and the track system is broke it's too weak for the slide very expensive to buy parts no one cares when the deal is done it's a big f you when you call to get it fixed Show less

I would not recommend this Travel Trailer. Front cap has completely been sun damaged as not properly done in manufacture process. Apparently fixed since then but no recall for owners of those years unless you figured it out in the first year! Terrible customer service when called in would not put me through to supervisor! Can't sell for value as outside looks terrible. Show less

I think this RV is very easy to pull. I have a F350. The inside is comfortable and with plenty of storage and lots of counter space compared to a lot of other RVs we have been in.We could be full time, in it and be comfortable. Show less

like most love the floor plan the rest of the trailer has turned out to be crap. I have delamination's all over and cracks in exterior skin. had a qualified tech (not affiliated with crossroads) inspect the unit and found several places where CrossRoads didn't install seals and tapes to keep moisture out. took it to a crossroads dealer for inspection and they filed a report to CrossroadsON MY BEHALF . the report didn't point show the factory issues. CROSSROADS SAID ITS MY FAULT lesson in this is don't get anything sent to Manufacture until you know it to be accurate and correct. Show less

bought in 2016 a 2013 crossroads rushmore Jefferson rf39je used it is a piece of crap always leaking roof over bed slid bad roof the schwentic slide mechanism is crap should have done more research shop has had it 5 months I had it for 2 months excluding winter this is a piece of crap maybe just cursed Show less
