Purchased a used M21 that was 6 years old. Everything was original and still worked.the right size for two people. Some of the caulking needed to be redone due to age. We purchased this unit brand new because we were impressed by the quality that we saw in it at a camper show. It has 12" carrying beam while many others have 10" and 7,000 lb axles.(others have 6,000.) It's a quality unit and one for which the company stands.

We purchased this unit brand new because we were impressed by the quality that we saw in it at a camper show. It has 12" carrying beam while many others have 10" and 7,000 lb axles.(others have 6,000.) It's a quality unit and one for which the company stands.
We used it constantly for seven years and never had any major problem with it. We enjoyed the many optional features like : fireplace, washer/ dryer, central vac, arctic package, dual pane windows, etc,etc..it was easy to use and easy to tow.
We towed it with our Deisel F 450 very easily. The truck, too, was very reliable and was also equipped with many options which we added . The mileage was very respectable while towing and the truck has not reached 93,000 miles.
We always enjoyed using this comfortable unit and traveling with it to some of the total of 48 states that we visited. In addition, we toured Mexico and many parts of Alaska.
We hope New owners of this fun unit will continue to live the dream as we have done.

Super, well-made trailer. Miles and miles of family vacations and nothing needed to be repaired.
We forgot to close a window and because they open out, inside of to the side it flew off - uh oh - our fault and had a new window installed right away.
Very lightweight and nimble - holds value.
Only complaint was that the shower was so small it was difficult for my husband to use and he is only 5' 6".
Also, no partition between bed and living area.

Although ac/heat is plumbed through-out, i added a second ac in the bedroom area, as I learned was necessary in that length of an rv (my previous 5th wheel), plenty of cooling / heating available.
