We purchased this RV used and have owned it for four years. We moved to a much more expensive location that we anticipated being a relatively short-term stay. As such we chose to live more affordably and to escape the higher crime rates of cities by living outside of the city in a neighboring small town. We had it towed for us so between that and owning it well after the warranty expired we cannot speak to those.
RV's really are not made for full time living so we anticipated having repairs to make and we have had to make a few. Because I am pretty handy they were reasonably affordable fixes. 39 feet of living space with four slide outs (two of them opposing each other in the living room) make for a pretty large living space as RV's go. These three years have had some challenges, but it is TOTALLY livable.

The base of the garage door, where the hinges attach, rot and you are left unable to open the door again because it will literally fall to the ground if you do.
Worse part about this is that I am still paying for it for another four years. Spoke with representative from Heartland RV’s and was told that there is nothing they will do, won’t even send replacement parts. Definitely not worth what you pay for.
