I don’t know how to rate or have info on service but if they all was made as good as mine
Probably didn’t need any service

We fell in love this Travle Tralier when we first saw it compared to many others we looked at. It has a fantastic floor plan with open space living in the kitchen lounge area. The double bed in the back bedroom is very comfortable & plenty of cupboard space for clothing etc. We installed a new awning when we purchased it. The tyres are fairly new as & in good condition. It has airconditioning & great music system with speakers throughout the trailer to enjoy a relaxing time camped up somewhere beautiful. We have owned it for 2 years & have thoroughly enjoyed our travels as a family, but are now ready to hand it over to the next lucky person who is looking for an adventure & travel experience in this beautiful country.

Love this 5th wheel. Beautiful inside and out. When we took it in for repair they commented that they have not seen many RV's with metal studs. This kept the damage level lower. My husband is amazed at how easy it is to pull. We truly love this RV. Has beautiful solid wood cabinets, surround sound and too much more to name.

Overall this trailer has functioned very well. Early on there was a structural issue at the rear roof line that was handled somewhat grudgingly (I had a supplemental insurance policy in addition to warranty). There was also a small water leak at the junction of the front panel/roof line. The cosmetics weren't perfect but generally nice. All systems have operated without any issues. Interestingly, it sat, unused, in a rather harsh environment for over six years and when put back into service all systems functioned perfectly. That was nice.
