Just drove the new the new to me coach 745 miles from FL to AL. It had 33,000 miles on it and everything is still like new. The original owners were meticulous. The coach air ride suspension allows me to snore in the reclining co-pilot seat when momma takes the wheel. The Cummings M11 sipped the fuel at 8.3 mpg and she tipped the scale at 33,000 lbs. The Allison HD 4060 was a little rough automatically shifting down going down hill at about 60 mph. And there another rough shift down 3 to 2 around 15 mph. Still don’t know what to think about that. The aqua hot system needs to be serviced I didn’t have very much I water but that was expected for a rig this old. Once serviced, I’m sure it will be awesome filling up the whirlpool tub.

We found our Georgetown to be very comfortable with lots of living space & storage space. All systems work very well, especially the furnace during a cold spell we went through during a camping trip. However, the ride while driving over a bit of rough road the suspension bounces a bit too much...needs re-enforcing. Other than that, it drives very well on smooth roads & windless days.

We purchased this class A diesel pusher a little over a year ago, when our son and his family moved to Mississippi. We have traveled back and forth to Mississippi 3 times and have put over 7000 miles on the RV. It has worked very well as a home away from home for us. The only reason we are selling is that we were able to buy a home a couple of blocks from our son and his family. The RV park we were staying in was great, but it was 20 miles away from our son’s home. I am a former shop teacher so all the little odds and ends have been taken care of on this RV. I would have no reservations about getting in this great RV and driving anywhere. The Cummins 450 hp M11 diesel with the Allison 6 speed transmission allows this rig to go anywhere.
