My wife and I felt that our Itasca was the perfect RV for us. Good engine, no leaks and a comfortable floorplan. We especially liked the Sleep Comfort queen mattress. We never towed but it is set up to tow. Driving it was very nice. Everything on the unit works like it is supposed to. There is more storage in and under than we could use. The exterior shows its time in the sun, but the issues are merely cosmetic. We have had some great times in this Itasca especially with our three grandsons. The generator has been dependable and adequate for dry camping. I have recently put new vinyl on the patio awning and six new tires. There is some minor delamination on the back. I have no hesitancy in selling this unit as a good unit.

I love my coach....i have never had a problem with it. It is 20 years old now has 50,000 miles on a Chevrolet van. I take good care of it. Always inside when not in use, looks and performs like new. Still have the same refrigerator, and stove. . . Generator has 1200 hours and runs perfectly. Of course new tires and awning couple of years ago.
The size is perfect. 23 ft. Can take it on ferry to Seattle islands, park it almost every where. . . . .sometimes wish the interior would fall apart so I could redecorate but everything is still like new. Even the blinds still are good. Hit a bear with it last year, insurance covered it, fender repaired, and we are off to Mexico soon. Love the interior layout.

My experience with this 36' rv Itasca, it been wonderful, it runs and drives like a car, very smooth. Very spacious and convenient. I pull a Grand Cherokee and it does not even feel it. This gave me the opportunity of installing a 48" tv in the living/dining room, and another
40" in the bedroom, very important if you and your spouse watch different programs. A los of storage space under. Over all a 5 stars in
my opinion.
